The CARIBBEAN BEACH PARADISE has the best location of St. Maarten / St. Martin in the middle of the the Dawn Beach. It's about 7 mtrs higher than the Ocean. That provides a marvelous view to you. It can be rented as villa or condo with private or shared pool deck.
3 Beach Bars, Grocery, Restaurants, Casino, Spa are in walking distance. To make your stay here perfect, a TV, CATV, DVD, tape/CD/MP3-player, phone, WiFi, completely equipped kitchens are placed at your dispense. It can be rented from just 1 person or couple or also from large families or groups. There are 2 separate pool decks. Some rooms are variable with folding walls for large families. All bedrooms and studios have air conditions. The adventage in comparisson with other villas are the air conditions also in the living, cooking and dining area. If rooms have a folding wall then you will get 2 air conditions. The bedrooms have king size or queen size beds. The studios and the apartment have high quality queen size sofa sleepers.
The First Floor has 2 bath rooms – one with 2 doors, 1 bedroom, 1 apartment with folding wall and 1 studio. It can sleep 4 - 10 people.
The Second Floor has 2 bath rooms – one with 2 doors, 1 bedroom and 2 studios. It can sleep 4 - 8 people.
The Ground Floor has 3 bath rooms – two with 2 doors and one with 3 doors, 2 studios and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a folding wall. They are
equipped with 1 queen size bed and 1 queen size or full size sofa sleeper. The Ground Floor can sleep 6 - 14 people. Please take a look at the floor plans.
