This beautifully decorated one bedroom one bath condo has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. It is equipped with all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and has a gas grill on the back deck overlooking one of the five pools on the resort grounds. The resort has two heated pools and three non-heated pools. There is also a par three golf course meandering throughout the grounds and multiple tennis courts.
The complex has a boat launch and a boat canal for short term jet ski parking. Rules apply regarding insurance and parking the vessels but it is very convenient for jet skiers as the canal leads out to the harbor.
Or for those beach lovers, a short 10 minute stroll from our unit will take you to the beach where you can relax on the sugar white beach overlooking the most beautiful blue-green water. Dolphin watching and gorgeous sunsets are sure to make your vacation perfect. You can rent chairs and and an umbrella from Sunset Beach Rentals in the summer and enjoy your time on the beach in shade.
Snowbirds love this area in the winter time and Destin has many social events for you to participate in while you are here. Rent this unit for a week or longer and make your dreams come true!

Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Cove
Sandpiper Cove is one of the few resorts in Destin that you can park right at your front door and walk right in to your unit. No waiting on elevators or having to park off in the distance and cart bags across hot parking lots! There is a true sense of community and it is a very relaxed atmosphere. It is very safe and between the beachfront,5 pools, harbor view, golf course and Sunday brunch at the on site restaurant, it just doesn't get any better!
