This beautifully decorated one bedroom one bath condo has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. It is equipped with all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and has a gas grill on the back deck overlooking one of the five pools on the resort grounds. The resort has two heated pools and three non-heated pools. There is also a par three golf course meandering throughout the grounds and multiple tennis courts.

The complex has a boat launch and a boat canal for short term jet ski parking. Rules apply regarding insurance and parking the vessels but it is very convenient for jet skiers as the canal leads out to the harbor.

Or for those beach lovers, a short 10 minute stroll from our unit will take you to the beach where you can relax on the sugar white beach overlooking the most beautiful blue-green water. Dolphin watching and gorgeous sunsets are sure to make your vacation perfect. You can rent chairs and and an umbrella from Sunset Beach Rentals in the summer and enjoy your time on the beach in shade.

Snowbirds love this area in the winter time and Destin has many social events for you to participate in while you are here. Rent this unit for a week or longer and make your dreams come true!

  • This condo is a true piece of heaven, one of the pools is right out back just a few steps from the back door. The condo was extremely clean and had everything you would need: extra piilows, extra blankets, extra towels, etc. The beach was just a short walk and the heated pools were just a short walk. Everything within a few minutes distance. The security was really great and gets an A for their helpfulness, and it is really safe for the kids to walk around and feed the ducks. We really loved how bright and colorful the decor was in the condo. Very fresh and cozy. We will definitely stay again. Thank You

  • We have stayed here before and enjoyed it very much. The owners are friendly and very professional. Even after Katrina the condo was restored quickly to accomodate the guests who wanted to stay here. Try it, you will love it.
