The location could not be better: Campo Sant'Angelo is considered one of the best areas by locals and Venice connoisseurs. Right in the center of the city, strategically placed between San Marco Square, the Rialto Bridge and the Accademia Bridge, this residence is surrounded by a quiet and picturesque setting.
The property is laid out on more than 400 square meters and four floors. Each floor is fully equipped and each room is air conditioned.
It has been completely restored and is easily accessible from the Vaporetto (ferry) stop S.Angelo. Antique furniture, marble flooring and traditional details preserve the authentic Venetian atmosphere, and at the same time this house is extremely comfortable.
The kitchen is brand new and well equipped with 4 burner stoves, oven, kettle, large fridge with freezer, set of professional pans, etc...
There are 5 king/queen size bedrooms, 5 twin/single bedrooms and 3 pull-out beds in the living rooms. 7 bathrooms with at least one shower and one bathtub for each floor serve the apartments.
There are balconies and many windows with canal view and garden view, thus the apartments are luminous as they receive light from every side of the building.

I could experience living in some of the most beautiful cities of the world learning interesting cultures, but I still love Italy and Venice above any other, so I decided to follow the heart and go back to the roots. Now we have a lovely home next to Piazza San Marco and with passion and professionality we welcome our guests in our charming holiday rentals.

We had a family reunion in Venice -- a total of 8 people -- and found the duplex apartment not only perfect, but far beyond our dreams, with balconies overlooking a canal, and furnishings that are tasteful and beautiful. Being from a family that loves food, we picked a location close to the Rialto Market, and could walk over day after day to shop. The kitchen in our apartment is modern and very convenient, so we had a great time enjoying evenings "eating in" too (dining table seats 8)! The welcoming staff is not only friendly and professional, they are delightful people to get to know. I'm telling all of my friends -- this is the way to go to truly enjoy Venice. Thank you!
