SunSet Bay is ideally situated on 10+ acres that front 700ft of enjoyable Lake Alice(1300+acres in size). IDEAL RETREAT for the Harley Week in SEPTEMBER- RESERVE NOW!!!!! We also have a smaller 1 bed/1 bath cabin that rents for $500 for the week.
The property has end of the road privacy that leaves guests with a secluded/ private setting. Enjoy fishing, swimming, water skiing, boating etc out the front door of this nicely decorated home. The first floor offers the kitchen, living room, laundry room and main bedroom with separate bathroom. Upstairs offers a large bedroom with king bed and separate bathroom. There also is an open loft with a double bed and a sitting area. This is a comfortable lake home with beautiful views from the living room and large deck. Also included in rental is a paddle boat and canoe.

As you will see in the picture, we have several other out buildings on our 10 acres. No neighbors share the 700+ feet of shoreline.
