Enjoy our wonderful condo in Palm Springs! We are centrally located just north of downtown just across the entrance road to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Minutes from downtown shopping and all the best restaurants. We welcome Snowbirds! Our rate is $1250 a month, can't beat that for a place with everything and close to the pool.
Our fully furnished and classically decorated condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We have everything for an enjoyable stay, including designer linens, towels and bedding. Our condo is really comfortable. We have 2 flatscreen TV's for your enjoyment. In the living room we have a large 42 inch Plasma TV and DVD, with cable and Wireless Broadband Internet for your laptop. In the bedroom is a comfy Queen size bed and a 22 inch flat screen LCD TV for your enjoyment. Our bath has been recently updated and includes a new pedestal sink and a "powerflush" toilet. Also added is granite to our kitchen, as well as new faucet, sink and garbage disposal!
We are poolside and are just a few steps (about 20)to the wonderful heated pool and Jacuzzi. We actually have 5 pools and Jaccuzzi's that are heated all year round. Bring your tennis racket because the tennis courts are everywhere, we have 5 to choose from! Laundry is down the walkway and is shared with our building. If you need a great getaway, this is the place for you! We DO NOT rent to anyone under 25 years old and do not permit more than 4 to be in our condo at one time. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING CONDO! NO SMOKING ALLOWED. A copy of a Driver's license is required for rental. A damage deposit is also required, although it will not be cashed unless there is damage to our condo. Welcome to our beautiful oasis in Palm Springs! We wanted you to know a little more about us. John and I bought our condo with our best friend Scott. We are all musicians and always wanted a place to relax in the desert so we bought the condo when John was starting the production of "Jersey Boys" (Yeah, the one that has become the megahit) at the La Jolla Playhouse in La Jolla,CA. John was with the original cast and production before it went to Broadway the next year. Some of you may have seen us on TV if you ever watch Crystal Cathedral's "Hour of Power". We hope you enjoy our little oasis in the desert!
Why the Owner Chose Palm Springs Villas I
We thought that our condo had an ideal location close to the pool, but in a quiet part of the complex. Also it's close proximaty to downtown with all the great restaurants. Check out our favorite Italian, real close by, just a couple of blocks down on the left.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy just relaxing and watching a DVD, but relaxing poolside is the best, even in the summer, but you just have to stay in the water most of the time, hey it's like bath water and really relaxing too.
