This is a perfect getaway for people of all ages! This 4 season home is located on the Half Moon Chain of Lakes. Each lake offers something different and unique: fishing, waterskiing, a sand dune to drop your anchor in and relax for the day, or a leisurely cruise down the canal.
Start your morning with a stroll down the dock while watching the fishing boats and kayakers row by, while the kids can enjoy playing on their own private sandy beach.
After you dry off, enjoy an incredible walk on the Potawatomi Trail, which is walking distance from the front door. The Potawatomi Trail is about 17 miles long, with sandy hills, a quaint bridge that crosses over Half Moon Lake, and views that will take your breath away!
After a full day of outdoor fun, come in and enjoy a roaring fire while watching the sun set from the panoramic view of the living room, or throw on a sweatshirt and pull up some chairs next to the outdoor fire pit.
Enjoy cooking up your favorite dish in the newly remodeled kitchen, or if you prefer someone else's home cooking, take a 10 minute drive to the Inverness Tavern, a favorite among the locals.
We are about 20-25 minutes from Downtown Ann Arbor with all of its great restaurants and shops. Just 15 minutes away, is the lovely city of Chelsea, which is the home of Jiffy Mix, the fabulous Common Grill restaurant, Jeff Daniels' Purple Rose Theatre, great shops and much more.
No matter what your interests are, we're sure you'll enjoy your stay, and hope you will want to visit year after year.
