La Jolla, CA is a stunning, cultural little village located just north of San Diego. We have a gorgeous beach condo that we like to refer to as our "birds nest" perched above the Pacific Ocean. The view of the ocean will absolutely take your breath away. Ocean views from every room including the master bathroom shower! You will sleep to the relaxing sounds of the waves below.
We just finished a complete remodel to our unit on the 3rd & top floor of this historic La Jolla building 4 years ago. Our secured building has a total of 12 condos with 240 Coast Blvd. Full scale large patio for grilling by the ocean in the splendor of the Pacific Sunsets, beach access down our stairs, 1 stall garage, walk to town in La Jolla Village fir some of the best restaurants & shopping in southern California.
