Accommodations:  Condominium, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath (Sleeps 4)

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a view on the tropical forest El Yunque. One bedroom has a Queen size bed with Memory Foam mattress top, Air Conditioning and a ceiling fan; the other bedroom has 2 twin size beds, and a ceiling fan. The living area has a ceiling fan as well. The apartment is very breezy with lots of windows.

The apartment is located on lively Loiza street:
- near by many restaurants, nightlife and convenience stores
- close to several casinos
- short 2 minutes walk to Ocean Park beach: nicest beach in San Juan, perfect for relaxing and Kite surfing.

The apartment is on the 5th floor without elevator.

We are PET FRIENDLY, and we RECYCLE.

  • This is an awesome vacation rental apartment! The beach is a short walk away and there are many great places to eat nearby. Also, it's close to the airport and you can easily get to all of the destination neighborhoods of San Juan. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable; it was nice to return to it after a long day of beach activities or attending the conference (business & pleasure trip this time). Also, great views from the apartment. The owners were friendly, accommodating, and patient, especially when putting up with the late arrival times and early departures. Their WIFI was a good bonus and could be picked up even on my iPod Touch. I hope to go back next summer.

  • Dear Antoine and Julie, I can't thank you enough for the great stay we had at your vacation rental. We were so happy to find it clean and comfortable and the two of you so helpful. It served all of our needs perfectly. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed and a local grocery was just across the street. The location was a nice walk to the beach and we enjoyed some delicious restaurants thanks to your recommendations. What's wonderful is that at the end of our long days the bed was so comfortable!   • This was definetly a cozy, comfortable and spacious spot! A lot nicer than I expected for the price. The owners were xtremely nice and very helpful. And although it was a short stay for me, I plan on staying here again in the near future. TWO THUMBS UP! =) p.s. If you dont like walking up/down lots of stairs, this might not be the spot for you!
