The Ocean view from the upstairs porch is absolutely Spectacular and Relaxing. This home is surrounded by restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, all types of water sports and entertainment areas. Minutes away from Harry Harris park featuring boat ramps, a private beach, playgrounds and picnic areas.
Our upstairs feature a master bedroom with a queen bed and a bath, a separate bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, plus a common bath. A central living, dining, kitchen area has glass sliding doors all around for a constant ocean view, and a covered porch with a walk around balcony.
Our downstairs has a great room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a futon/bunk bed for extra sleeping space, a TV, a music system, and a huge covered terrace perfect for entertaining, relaxing or BBQ. The water front dock area has a fish cleaning station, and an outdoor shower. A storage shed with a washer and dryer, and storage space for fishing or diving gear.
