  Our Host Rex was attentive but not intrusive. The house was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. The outdoor amenities and pool are to-die-for! We had a great time, will certainly be back, and wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend this property to a friend. Thank Rex, hope to see you again SOON!

  We arrived Friday afternoon & Rex was here to greet us. He was very friendly & made us feel welcome from the get go. He gave us a thorough walk through of the house & explained how the sound system, etc worked. He was available to us throughout our stay to answer any questions & came over promptly to assist. We felt so comfortable with Rex we even had him over during a BBQ we had! The house is very nice & the amenities made for a wonderful weekend!!! We would recommend this house to others & are trying to book it again for another friends trip!!! Thanks for a great stay Rex!!! Juls---SLC, UT

  As a buisness traveler that comes to several conventions in Las Vegas, I have found that renting a house is much better than staying in the hustle and bustle of a strip hotel. Rex's house seperates itself from the other rentals with the amount of custom work that has been done to it. Other rental houses I have stayed at can't compare to the ammenities that this house provides. This is the 5th time I have rented this house and have never been dissapointed. If you are looking to not stay on the Strip, but have easy access to it (very short drive), this is the place to be.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  This was the best way of vacation stay in a location! I will not rent another hotel when I stay in this area! As for the homeowner he is AWESOME! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for that perfect relaxing experience.... Thanks again!!!!

  We only stayed here for a few nights, as we were in town working a convention. When we checked in, Rex was waiting for us on the driveway, and was very friendly from the get-go. No crickets in our casita either :) At one point, I had a question about the hot tub, and he was over at the house in probably 10 minutes, and was SO nice and helpful. I have a pretty nice bed, but I gotta say, the bed in the casita was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. We slept like babies! The showers are awesome, I think there were 9 shower heads in them. Surround sound throughout was pretty cool too! No doubt, the next time I'm in Vegas, I will be trying to get a group of people to stay with, just so that we can stay at this house. By far the best house I've ever rented from here. Most of them have great pictures, and just a so-so house. This one had a house to match the pictures! Pool was clean as a whistle (yep, even in the winter time) and the hot tub was fantastic. Thank you Rex!

  We got there and were pleasantly welcomed! After showing us around he left. Anytime we had a question or issue he was there within minutes and helpful the entire time we were there. The house was gorgeous! I am definitely going to be booking this place again!

  We'd so much fun. This place is wonderful, very clean, well maintaned. Rex, the owner, was really helpfull. We'd definitely recommend this place.
