We only stayed here for a few nights, as we were in town working a convention. When we checked in, Rex was waiting for us on the driveway, and was very friendly from the get-go. No crickets in our casita either :) At one point, I had a question about the hot tub, and he was over at the house in probably 10 minutes, and was SO nice and helpful. I have a pretty nice bed, but I gotta say, the bed in the casita was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. We slept like babies! The showers are awesome, I think there were 9 shower heads in them. Surround sound throughout was pretty cool too! No doubt, the next time I'm in Vegas, I will be trying to get a group of people to stay with, just so that we can stay at this house. By far the best house I've ever rented from here. Most of them have great pictures, and just a so-so house. This one had a house to match the pictures! Pool was clean as a whistle (yep, even in the winter time) and the hot tub was fantastic. Thank you Rex!

We got there and were pleasantly welcomed! After showing us around he left. Anytime we had a question or issue he was there within minutes and helpful the entire time we were there. The house was gorgeous! I am definitely going to be booking this place again!

What a great place to chill and relax , we loved this place top to bottom one of the best I've stayed at in awhile we will definitely be back. Highly recommended, very central to Las Vegas

This is a great house for a small group of friends that want to have all of the strip without ALL of the strip. It was easy to get to the Las Vegas strip and virtually anywhere in the Las Vegas. It's close to freeways, shopping, restaurants, but nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from loud noise and bright lights. Our party consisted of 7 people, which fit perfectly in this house. We were able to do our own thing, allowing some of us to stay behind and enjoy the pool/hot tub while others ventured to the strip. The house was very clean and the grounds were perfect, though we couldn't enjoy them as much as we wished because of the heat at the time of our arrival. The pool/hot tub are spectacular though and is very beautiful at night. Rex was always very helpful and never intrusive, we had a great time and if/when we return as a group I will definately hit Rex up for a stay again.

Just got back from the house, stayed 8 days and absolutley loved the house. Great sound system to kick it by the pool. Everything in the house worked fine and was very clean, if you needed anything Rex was more than willing to come by and answer any questions. Would definately recommend this house, the strip was close by and easy to get to. Lots of room inside and out and built with top quality materials and amenties. The pictures on this listing don't reveal what a beautiful home this is.

Pre Judged By Rex The Owner

Im a Middle aged Black male who rented this property with 3 of my brothers in Aug and we felt the owner Rex pre judged us when we checked in. We were there 3 days and we had a few people over for a BBQ on Sat Evening, and they hadn't even been at the house 15 minutes and Rexed called my brothers phone going off about neighbors complaining about noise inwhich U could not hear anything as I was standing in the front of the house while I was trying to talk to him . He was yelling and coursing and would not let me ask any questions or tell him anything. We had about 25 family members over enjoying the property. And just so U know because he doesnt say anything nor does he have anything (Signs) making you aware that he is watching you with video cameras in the back yard. Another thing that Rex did that was unperfessional, We gave him our security deposit All cash on Friday, and when he came to do his walk thru at checkout time he didnt bring all our $, it was $50 short and once he saw that the house was in the same condition it was when we checked in, the only thing he had to do was put new linen on the beds , he went across the street to his house and wrote us a check. That was something that did not sit well with us, we felt that he just knew something was going to be broke. The house also had a bunch of crickets in the pool house that I occupied. Overall the property was real nice, but we feel that Rex Pre-Judged us when we checked in. And I have sinced called and tried to talk to Rex and my call went unanswered and I left him a message and still no call has been returned. The guy we talked to too reserve the house and the guy that was going off and yelling on the phone the weekend we were there and then the guy that was there when we checked out, without any apology was not the same guy. Rex showed BIPOLAR ways, and needless to say we will not be renting from him again... PRE-JUDGED BY REX...

Owner response:guess if i pre-judged I pre judged right told them 3 times 2 on the phone one e-mail no hosting or partys before they sent a deposit ...contract reads no more than 8 people over the 8 registered guests or grounds for immediate eviction they checked in on friday saterday at 9 pm the neighbor called I went over I counted 30 people in the back yard alone easy 10 to 15 in the house 11 cars people packing coolers in if i had not shut in down 50 to 75 people they sent a few home but still 20 plus through the night all along they said just a few couples to relax if they would have said 25 to 50 people this would not have because I would not have rented to them ray and calvin lied about the use of my home no amount of money to rent it to them again any one not truthfull about the use of my home move on

This house is perfect, good pictures but they do no justice. Everything is stunning. He made my reunion memorable. Mr. Rex was easy to deal with and will def. go back. just a short limo ride(5 MIN) from strip. Hosted a BBQ and the guest loved the outdoor sound system, the pool and hot tub with interchanging lights just knocked it out the park. If ur debating between homes like I was STOP!! as a 25 yr old with children I can tell u its good choice for a family and a good choice for a group of adults on a Vegas getaway. email me if u got any questions edgr001@gmail.com thats how satisfied I was with Mr, Rex and his property. This is the ultimate house to rent. The owner Rex is a good guy that welcomes you right in like you are family. The house is comfortable and has everything you need to live comfortably. This was my first time renting a house and will try to rent this house more often. The pictures of the house do not show how great the house really is. Rex is close by for assistance if you need it. Make sure you know how to get back to the house from the strip because the cab drivers can take you for a joy ride. Thanks Rex for the professionalism and opportunity to spend time in a well developed and relaxing house.

Over the years I've rented many vacation homes. This was the first time when I arrived at the house I was greated by a owner. Rex the owner went over all the extensive amenities the house offers. We had a group of Eight people attending a convention at Mandalay Bay. The house is only minutes from there and short cab ride away. We loved all the Flat screen tv's. The 90 inch HD projection tv with surround sound is amazing as we watched several movies with our entire group. The house is very comfortable which made me not want to leave. The showers with all spray heads provided the best shower I've ever had. Really! I can't say enough about this place. The pool, the hot tub, the cabana, flat screen outside, the music outside and in every bathroom, AWESOME! I do know the next time I'm in Vegas I'm staying at Rex's! No question!

We Didn't Want To Leave

First, we have to let you know that Rex is a sweetheart! He was there when we arrived, showed us around this beautiful house and how to use all of it gadgets, remotes, switches, etc. He lives close to the property so if anything goes wrong (which it won't) he'd be there in a flash. But take comfort in knowing that he just won't pop up unexpected to bother you. He's a great guy! The house itself is...well, awesome! Its packed full of electronic surprises such as outdoor televisions, heated pool and spa, huge projector television, adjustable lighting in the bedrooms along with huge flatscreens in everyroom including the casita! That's right! There is a separate little house with its own microwave, bathroom, fridge in the back of the main house. And I have to say, the shower in the casita is wonderful! Rex designed and built it himself! Rex, you are a rock star! My family and I found the perfect escape here. Only moments away from the strip, we were able to play during the day in main Las Vegas and then escape to home cooked meals, movies on the big screen, and comfy beds at night! The house is stocked full of everything you have at home: full size washer and dryer (with detergent!), home office with a fast working computer, fax machine, printer, a fully stocked kitchen with plates, silverware, glasses, pans, and cooking utensils. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the house has its own sound system running through the house. So if you turn on the satalite radio in the office, you can hear it throughout the house and into the bathrooms! It was so cool! As you can tell we loved this house and its owner Rex! We'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be close to the strip but not on it! We had a great time and would certainly rent again if the opportunity presented itself! Thank you so much Rex for making our stay so nice! Happy New Year!

Amazing House

This house was so much more amazing than any of us could have imagined. The best parts were the pool & hot tub that light up different colors, the outdoor grilling area with an outdoor flat screen tv, music in every room including the outdoor pool area, pool table, huge kitchen table with ample seating, nice kitchen appliances, massive projection screen to watch movies... it had everything we needed and more. And Rex couldn't have been kinder - we were late due to traffic, but he waited patiently (a perk that he lives next door). He was super helpful, & I don't doubt he would have been there when we needed him, but the house was perfect & that that was never necessary. It's nice that the house is a quick cab ride to the strip to go out at night - yet removed enough that it serves as a getaway from the madness during the day to relax at the pool. We will undoubtedly be returning, I can't wait!

This house was amazing Rex was there when we needed him to be and didnt bother us any other time. He was extremely nice and helped us with anything that we needed. This house was perfect for what my friends and i needed it for. Close to the strip (about 5 min cab ride), amazing pool, the house as a whole was in perfect condition, everything worked perfectly. The best part about it was that Rex allowed my dog to stay at the house with us which was a great help to me. If youre looking for a great place to stay in Vegas where youre close enough to have fun on the strip but also far enough away to relax then give Rex a call. I know I'll be using this house again.

We recently stayed at the house during a convention. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of each day. The strip is only a short trip away, yet your in a quite and safe area of Vegas. Rex the owner was perfect, there when you needed him, otherwise you were left alone to enjoy a fantastic house, with everything you could possible want on hand. Great Vegas Home!!

Perfect corner of Vegas if you want access to the freeway and the strip without being in the middle of it. Feels like a remote site, but very close to everything. It is quiet at night. Our vacation was with two couples and 5 kids that could share two rooms...this was perfect. The casita is a phenomenal master suite with kitchenette separate from the house. The master suite in the house is very generous, as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need, and the sound system and all the flat panel tv's and projection system makes this a perfect house for watching football/baseball/basketball/movie nights, etc.... Enjoyed it!! Thanks! Very smooth transaction, and I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Vacation Rental!!!

This is such a fantastic home. The pictures do not do it justice. From the beautiful travertine floors to the custom light dimmer switches, there is no shortage of upgrades throughout the house. The living area has a huge screen and a HD projector with 7.1 surround sound. Each bathroom is equipped with in-ceiling speakers to listen to music while you're in there. Again, the upgrades are plentiful. The guest casita is just as spectacular with a huge bed and wall-mounted flat panel, but its best asset is the shower with multi heads that spray in all directions. The owner is a very nice guy and made our stay even more enjoyable. My wife and I usually rent a home when on vacation and this home is second to none.

The house was everything it was advertised and more. It was only 5 minutes to Mandalay Bay. The house was clean and the owner checked us in and out with no problem getting the deposit return upon check out. I don't want to recommnd this home, because I want to be able stay at it again, its that nice.

You won't be disappointed with this rental. The house had everything we wanted and more. Location is great. Not too close yet not too far from the strip. The accomodations were fabulous. Large size rooms and comfy beds. Great entertainment house with pool table, pool, hot tub and a huge satellite HD TV with high end stereo. Great for family rental or couples wanting to split on a place or a bunch of singles...Thanks for a great stay!!
