At Pinnacle Port, which is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. And it’s on the happening West end of Panama City Beach. What a great resort this is.
It’s got everything you want in a great beach vacation. It’s got all kinds of great activities. There’s a large pool attached to the tower building. It’s got a roof over half of the pool and it’s heated in the winter months to a comfortable 82 degrees. There’s a smaller pool that’s across the parking lot from the mid rise buildings.
You’ll also find four lighted tennis courts and four shuffleboard courts as well. There are outdoor grills in the picnic areas where the charcoal grills are provided. You’ll find games and vending machines when you’re looking for a beach break and a colorful children's playground is located on the west end of property. But that’s not all. There’s also saunas located in the ground floor of the tower building. And you can bring your laptop and use the wireless hot spot in the tower building. There’s a state of the art fitness center for use by those over the age of 16. And here’s something you won’t find at other resorts in PCB: an 880 acre lake.
The rental office on the property has canoes, kayaks, and a paddle boat you can rent for use on the lake. There’s even a marina and boat slips for Pinnacle Port guests. Docks allow for some very good fishing. (Make sure you get your Florida fishing license!). And here’s something that’ll make Mom feel better. There’s a 24/7 guard gate and patrolling security guards. What a place this Pinnacle Port is! You’ll really enjoy your vacation here.
Here’s the scoop on your condo:
Man this place is something else! Check out the photographs of the decor. Great wall colors! This place has a great beach look, and upscale. But what’s perfect about it is the view! Man, what a spot!
The LIVING ROOM sofa is big and comfortable. It’s a queen sleeper too! The entertainment center which I mentioned early has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked. Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection.
Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. Huge king size bed. Interesting headboard. Look at the wall colors. What a great space. Sunny. And the bed really looks comfortable. The decor really makes a statement. It says, “what a great vacation you’re gonna have.” Open the door, listen to the waves. Imagine the view as you wake up in the morning. Plus, there’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away, if you’re done on the beach.
The SECOND BEDROOM is really cool. It’s got a nice sized Queen! And a TV when you just want to zone out for a while at the end of the day.
The THIRD BEDROOM has twins for the kiddies!
The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need, so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 8 with 3 complete full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Pinnacle Port! It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.
