‘Mis Ojos Miran la Catarata’ is a heavenly treehouse hideaway in the rain forest canopy.
This 1 bedroom/1bath, two-story treehouse must be seen to be believed! This is a great way to experience treetop Pura Vida and total immersion in the jungle environment within the comforts of a cozy home.
This unique and breathtaking treehouse is perched overlooking a 40-foot waterfall complete with a swimming hole on Rio Bellavista. Please note that to get here, it is a 10 to 15-minute walk or zipline from the base area of Finca Bellavista, a sustainable treehouse community.
The treehouse comes equipped with a propane stove top, pots, pans, dining sets and cutlery, food storage, a fold-out futon and full-sized bed, clean bedding, toilet, sink, shower, and biodegradable soaps. Everything else is ‘bring your own’, including food and booze. Meals or food delivery can be arranged ahead of time, preferably when your reservation is made.
Note: Check-in time is between 1 and 4 p.m. and check-out time is 11 a.m.
