This very spacious Red Pine townhouse has been COMPLETELY remodeled (completed January 2009). It was designed for my family, my kids and their friends to be totally comfortable and at home here.
What makes this unit stand out from others?
ELECTRONICS:
Wireless broadband internet access throughout. We have a computer table in the Great Room with a permanent desktop computer and printer for our guests’ convenience.
Five big screen, wall-mounted flat screen HD TVs.
Five DVD players (every room).
Great room has a 52” HDTV and an HD TIVO DVR so you can be out skiing/riding during your team’s big game or favorite show. Of course there's a DVD player as well.
Our Game Room (the Bunk Room) has an X-Box 360, an X-Box wireless network adapter, two wireless controllers and 7 games including Guitar Hero (with a guitar that lives in the unit), Madden NFL 2009, Halo 3, Lego Indiana Jones, Kung Fu Panda, Call of Duty II and Shaun White Snowboarding. You can also bring your own favorite games from home.
REMODELING:
The unit has been totally remodeled from top to bottom.
There is all new flooring throughout.
The kitchen has been remodeled and is fully equipped.
Three newly remodeled bathrooms (the 4th was remodeled recently). Note: each bedroom has its own private full bathroom.
All new furniture throughout: new beds, mattresses; just about everything you see is new.
Two new gas fireplaces!
Walls painted with low VOC paint.
New in-unit washer and dryer.
Just put in a whole-unit water softener.

This was a beautiful property. There were 9 of us staying between 24-40 yrs. And everyone that walked in the door asked me where I had found the place- cuz it was soo cute. It really looks like the pictures & we really enjoyed the huge dining room table and had some group dinners. We loved that even though it's a town house it has a high end cabin feel w/ the dark wood & leather furniture. The views around are also pretty great. We loved that the bathrooms had sinks outside of the shower/toliet area- like a hotel. It really helped everyone get ready without stress- especially since we had 4 single ladies in the bunk bed room :o) There were so many thoughtful touches- like a humidifier in every bedroom (it's so dry) & an ipod player in the kitchen. & we definitely made use of the 4 slot toaster. We even loved the mini-couch in the bunk bed room. It's a short walk to the gondola (Free) to take up to the base of the resort- which was a breathtaking ride to cute restaurants & skiiing/boarding & even sleigh rides. Not mention that the Waldorf is super close & have the best massages in town. There is a city bus that picks up at the corner- but it only comes by every 30 mins so it seemed easier to walk down to the 711 Transit hub where you can pick up 5 different buses/shuttles to go to Park City or Salt Lake. It feels like a 10 min walk in the snow. And then about a 15-20 min ride to main street. We really enjoyed having the option of activities & vacation balanced with our Sundance plans. However if you are someone that wants to stumble home after a party or walk to the theater- this isn't the place for you- you definitely have to take a shuttle in & cab home- the buses don't run pass midnight. Don't get me wrong- I spent a lot of time going to films & friend's movies after-parties- but usually when I went to town I just stayed in town. We also had a rental car for part of the weekend- which was nice when we wanted to check out the other resort- Park City Mountain- or when we went to our films midnight screening- but honestly it wasn't necessary. I've stayed in town for Sundance before- and the money we saved for a gorgeous place & fun amenities was totally worth it for me. Last but not least- the owner was soo great- very responsive & has a property manager in town that made everything very smooth.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
Family of seven....grandparents, children and grandchildren...ages 71 to 14.

Was as close to perfect as you could get. User friendly in all cases...younger ones loved the x-box and the older ones were satisfied with the wide screens. Snow was limited to non-existant, but it didn't matter...we were totally comfortable in this very well-attired condo. Bedroom arrangements were superb and the pantry even had all the condiments we needed. We cooked in for the most part and didn't lack anything. After a taxing day on the slopes it was a real pleasure to return to 33, hit the hot-tub in the club house, have a nice meal and crash. We had a great meal at The Farm, which was within walking distance. What's not to like with this place? We'll go back if it's available,

I have rented at other VBO places before and this one is the best we have stayed at. This place is AWSOME! We stayed at this place with 2 families and it had plenty of room. The TVs and quality of the place is great. The kids loved the Xbox and there private bunk room. If there is a down side it is the walk up the hill to the slopes, but the walk down was very enjoyable. We would stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Great place and location. Everything was as was displayed in the VRBO ad. It was clear the owner took pride in the property. Owner was very congenial and professional to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place! Beautiful views, and very close to the lifts. (5 to 9 minute walk) Kids bunk room was wonderful, as were the other rooms. Very responsive and cooperative owner. Can't wait to go back!
