This lovely custom lake home is located up 400 off Nix Bridge Road, just two miles north of the North Georgia Outlet Mall. The property is starting it's first full renting season in 2009.
This custom home features wall to wall carpeting in all four bedrooms and main living room upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private full bath with tile floors and walk-in closet. Built as a lake house to entertain the Atlanta Falcons, its living space is completely open and perfect for large or small gatherings. The upstairs features skylights, a full, inviting stone fireplace and exposed cedar ceilings. The main living room now has a 42" plasma TV for everyone to enjoy! The kitchen has a see-through window to the living space so no one is left out of the conversation. The upstairs living space features a wet bar and breakfast bar. The lake house layout means that all bedrooms feature glass doors that face the lake and open onto the deck or swimming pool level patio. The Pool Level features custom tile floors and a game room complete with pool table and ping pong table, along with a custom bar. Floats are available for your use by the pool or lake as are bamboo fishing poles on the dock.
Our 800 square foot deck covers the entire back of the house and offers a view of the beautiful large swimming pool and the lake. Patio furniture is provided on the deck and around the pool. The deck also offers a deep-sea-fishing sized cooler for your use. Swimming pool is completely gated for safety (pool is open Memorial Day - week after Labor Day). Monthly rentals are available in January, February, March, April, October, November, and December only.
Private deep water dock offers a party/sun deck on top with bench seating, perfect for sunbathing or water skiing. Lights and electrical power outlets are on the dock, as is a mini-charcoal grill. Space is available on one side for docking your boat. Being on the north end of the lake means less boat traffic and even more serenity.
Shops and restaurants are 10 minutes away with 140+ stores to choose from. Public boat ramp is minutes away at Nix Bridge park. Convenient location from Atlanta means city amenities, if desired, are just a short drive away. Additional photos are available upon request!

We took our children, their spouses and our grandson to go shopping at the premium outlet mall for Christmas and had a great time. The house is exactly like the pictures....very nice and well equipped. The owners were very pleasant. We enjoyed eating, shopping and relaxing by the fire. I would definately recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed! Would love to go back during the summer and enjoy the pool!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We spent three nights here. The home was nice and well equipped. Nice pool. Owners were easy and pleasant to deal with. We plan to return again next summer. We have stayed at three other homes that I couldn't say the same about. I would recommend staying here.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
