We stayed at this wonderful Eagle Vail location over Memorial Day with our extended family for a little R&R. The location: Perfect...a few minutes from Beaver Creek a few miles from Vail Village. Plenty of hiking, biking and parks around to enjoy. Plus the golf course right of the back patio is splendid and affords you the chance to watch golfers come into the green and tee off, a very nice view from the hot-tub on the back patio. You also have a huge Walmart a mile or so away to stock up on goods. The House: Huge.....the 6 bedrooms are large and each have their own bathroom which is perfect for large groups who want a little privacy. The fireplace is stocked and even on a nice night, a fun way to feel like you truly are in the mountains. It really is the best of all worlds. I could see a group of 8-12 enjoying the location and house during ski season or enjoy it like we did for the spring. The blue sky views and view down the fairway to snow capped peaks on the horizon are fantastic. Great location for kids as well as there is a backyard, a little park down the street and of course access to plenty of restaurants within a mile. Overall, cannot say enough about the fun we had as a family enjoying the BBQ festival at Beaver Creek, hiking and riding around the well pathed streets and just relaxing in the leather couch and hot tub.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We recently rented this home for 8 nights in February and we loved it! Location, location, location is an understatement! You cannot beat the location of this home. We were conveniently located between Beaver Creek (about a five minute drive to FREE parking and short lift lines) and Vail (about 10 minutes and an easy commute). Some of us opted for the Eco Bus which stops right out front of the complex and was also an easy walk. We found the ability to bounce between the two mountains so quickly great for our group so we could easily chase the best powder each morning. One night we even made the trip to Keystone for some night skiing and had the mountain almost all to ourselves which was great! Everything was convenient to the home including restaurants, shopping and most importantly, the mountains. Aside from location, this is by far our favorite place we’ve rented through VRBO, and this is our 7th booking via VRBO but the first time we’ve ever felt compelled to write a review! In the past we were tripping over one another, found ourselves having to sit on barstools in order to have everyone in the room and sitting in hot tubs that either didn’t work properly or were very dirty. Not the case with this home. We had more than enough room for our group of six adults in addition to a beautiful view of the golf course & mountans. The home was extremely clean and all the amenities you need…comfy seating, garage, washer/dryer, tons of cooking space w/ lots cookware and a huge, clean outdoor working hot tub without sheets ice on the deck. We especially loved the small toiletries in each bathroom just as if you’re staying in a hotel!! What a fun touch! We would definitely recommend this home to others. The owners were a pleasure to work with we loved the place. We are already planning our 2014 trip and look forward to staying here again!Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

We stayed at this house for 4 nights in Feb. on an annual ski trip with a group of 12 people and it was fantastic! There was plenty of room for our group (couples and singles), the location is extremely convenient to both Vail and Beaver Creek (just off of Hwy 70) as well as it's only a couple minute drive to Walmart and the restaurants in Avon. Hot tub was great at the end of the day, and the golf course views off the deck are spectacular. Kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed for cooking in. Adam, the owner, was wonderful to work with and very on top of it and responsive. I'd highly recommend it and would stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Everything went so smoothly with this rental throughout the entire process. We all had a great time and the accommodations were perfect for a multi-family vacation. We felt at home from the moment we walked through the door and the only part we didn’t like was leaving. The kids made us commit we would do it again next year…..although there wasn’t much arm twisting required. We’ll definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

The house was as represented and worked very well for a multi-family reunion. It is close to two ski mountains, shopping, and other entertainment. The hot tub and golf course provided sledding and snow shoeing opportunities for both kids and adults. The owners are quite responsive to questions/needs.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

We combined two families for a total of 10 people for a two week stay. The place was huge and gave us room to spread out. The layout of the house was perfect. We were able to put all the kids (teens and young adults) downstairs and adults up giving the kids an opportunity to make a little more noise without disturbing anyone and a quiet retreat for us older folk upstairs. The bedrooms were large and simply, but nicely, decorated. The 5 bathrooms were a great advantage to us since we had early meetings in town each day. The view from the back deck was stunning. We were there just in time for the turning of the aspens and couldn't help hearing John Denver's "Aspen Glow" in my head each time I walked out. We spent a few evenings lounging in the spacious hot tub, while someone grilled a delicious meal just feet away. What a way to end a day! The house was clean and well furnished, but not fussy. From the kitchen appliances to the book selection and board games, you could tell that the owners put a lot of thought into providing a space that would cause people to feel comfortable and "at home", as we automatically did.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We have stayed at this property for 3 years in a row. It is very inviting and recently updated. Comfortable bedding and plenty of space for a big party. Views of the montains and golf course. Commute to Vail and Beaver Creek are short and you can choose every morning which mountain to ski. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is enough parking to park several cars. Overall very pleasnt experience.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Our stay in this house was wonderful. We stayed for my wife's and my wedding. We brought my entire family out to Colorado for their first time. We had 8 adults and 4 children. It was nice that each family had their own full bathroom. This decreased headaches and complications considerably. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with any appliance/dishes that we may have needed. The owners were also very responsive to any questions or requests and were very accomodating. The location is excellent as well and is centrally located to Beaver Creek or Vail. It is very easy to get to from the interstate. The view from the hot tub was excellent and was very relaxing. I would fully recommend this property to anyone with a large group and intend to rent this house again in the future. We hope to come in the winter next time though.Recommended for: Families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and beautiful with plenty of size to accommodate a stay with an extended family or group of friends. The location was very convenient to shops, restaurants, and especially skiing. Being right on the golf course also provided nice views and options for those who wished to go hiking, x-country skiing, or sledding. In addition, the hot tub, BBQ, and fire place made for enjoyable nights after a long day of fun. We hope to get back soon.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
