This newly built townhome is conveniently located with easy access to the new Loop 202, US 60, and Loop 101. We're around the corner from the award winning Augusta Ranch golf course and just steps away from an inviting community pool complete with BBQ pits and a green belt.
This home is approximately 1,600 sq. feet on three levels with a 2-car garage. It also has a lovely patio area for you to relax and enjoy the sunshine after cooking your family and friends a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
Unwind in the spacious master suite which offers a queen-size bed and his and her dressers. The home also offers two other rooms with bathrooms. On the 1st level is a room with adult bunk beds that have a full mattress on bottom and twin on top along with a sitting area to unwind. The second floor has a daybed with a twin-size mattress as well as a pop-up trundle with another twin-size mattress. You can choose to use them separately or push them together for a king-size bed.
The home also provides a sofa bed for a little added space if needed. For families traveling with children, we offer the use of a portable crib with linens and child gates free upon request.
Choose from an array of movies, music, books, and board games from our library. Or just sit back and surf the web on our free Wi-Fi access.
Sports fans! We are just where you want to be for golf (33 courses within 25 min. drive) or golf at our own community course. Baseball fans will love how close we are to come and watch their favorite teams play for spring training. Nascar fans: Come see either the exciting night race we have here in April or the Chase for the Cup in November.
Kid friendly! We have so much for kids to do too! Within 25 minutes, we have the Lost Dutchman Mines hiking trails and ghost town, ATV tours, horse-back riding, Canyon and Saguaro Lakes, Phoenix Zoo, Sunsplash water parks, mini-golf and MUCH, MUCH more. It was purchased as our home first. But desided to turn it into a vacation home when we moved to Washington rather than selling it.
