Family-friendly villa 15 minute drive from Sesimbra, 40 minute drive from Lisbon. It's located in the Costa Azul area in a nature park, and it has a wonderful view of Lisbon as the city lights up at night.
The expansive (one-and-a-half hectares) lot has pines, cypress, eucalyptus, olive and fig trees . . . plus a full-size pool. Plenty of flowers and vegetation: geraniums, irises, succulents, yuccas, bougainville, multi-colored oleanders.
Downstairs is the master bedroom, library, vaulted living room, dining area, kitchen and full bath. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, 3/4 bath, and a study. Outside, overlooking the pool, and facing Lisbon, is a broad, tiled veranda: a romantic setting for lunch, dinner, and drinks.
A private driveway lined with cypress trees leads to the rear of the house, where parking is available. Vineyards, castles, excellent restaurants, 17th-century estates, and baroque churches close-by.
