There is plenty of room for others in the two very large guest rooms, both with queen size beds.
There is a 52 inch flat screen TV in the living room, TV in master and a TV in one of the guest rooms. Ceiling fans thru-out and a dinette area on the Screened lanai. You walk out your door to the pool and spa.... This is a great place to unwind and Enjoy...
The property is nestled in a lovely 3000 acre community with everyday necessities within the community, gas, deli, pub, salon, spa, veterinarian, banking and more. It is minutes from the airport and I75, with some of the best shopping in SW Florida just down the street. The Minnesota Twins and the Boston Redsox stadiums are also very close by.....
Pets are welcome, two pets allowed.
