Our 1100 square foot, two bedroom, two bath Penthouse condo was just completed in September of 2008. You will not only enjoy the the luxury of the newness, but a comfortably decorated indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Located on the Mayan Golf Course, this 3rd floor unit has beautiful ocean views and sounds from the master bedroom, living room, deck and upper terrace. The 4th floor is our own private, secure 900 square foot terrace. Furnished with a dining table, couch, chairs, ottomans, lounge chairs, BBQ, sink with counter space, terracotta, rope lights, and a Jacuzzi tub which overlooks the Sea of Cortez. You will find yourself spending time there in the days and evenings.
Enjoy lush, tropical grounds along with a common area swimming pool and huge palapa. This condo complex is small and never crowded.
Our condo is a short walk to the beach, the quaint downtown area of San Jose del Cabo and all the shopping and dining you will need. The Mega grocery store is a one stop shopping center. You will find all your grocery needs including fresh fish, bakery and tortillas. They also carry clothing, household items, hardware, pretty much anything you could ever need to complete your vacation. Cabs are always available two blocks away. Busses run regularly. Cabo San Lucas is a 20 minute drive and has all the night life and marina activity you may desire. There are great snorkeling, swimming and surfing beaches. Fishing is available on pangas or mega yachts.
