The family has stayed at this lovely home three years in a row and found it to be very convienent and most comfortabile. We park the cars and walk or bike to the beach and most events. The house is bright and clean and EVERYTHING is provided. The cleaning and linen service make for an easy move in and out and the owners are friendly and responsive. We are booked for next year; we highly recommend this home. Mike & Family

Great vacation on LBI

We just left today from our weeks vacation and it was wonderful! This beautiful Victorian home was so well equipped from beach toys, chairs to an extra fridge and everything you need to prepare meals for 15. The house was very clean and really comfortable-my husband loved the mattress in the Master Bedroom. Having the wrap around porch was great for dinners outside and we got to enjoy the fireworks from home! The convenience of Murphys across the street and restaurants and shopping so close was another bonus. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

We were a group of 3 families staying at this house for the first time. We loved the location and the house was beautiful and very well stocked. It was great to have a swing in the yard, the outdoor shower for when we came back from the beach, a fridge/freezer in the garage for all our extra BBQ stuff. The garage came with beach chairs, bikes and beach toys, umbrellas and more. The house came with 6 beach badges. The dining room had seating for 10 and the living room was very comfortable. There were tons of DVDs and every bedroom had a DVD player. There was one bedroom with a king that was very roomy, two bedrooms with queen beds and singles and one bedroom that was very tiny and just had one twin bed in it. We called that room the guest room and one of the kids took it over for a few nights. The upstairs kids room was enormous. There was a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and two twin beds nearby. Across from the bunk bed was another double bed and then a living room area with a pullout couch and another twin bed. The upstairs bedroom had 2 TV's, one by the living area and another by one of the twin beds. The kids took over this floor and had a great time hanging out. The only issue we had was that the fridge in the kitchen didn't make ice and was a little small. We ended up buying ice and using the additional fridge for overflow. The location of the house was great - everything was in walking distance. The beach was 2 blocks away. Bicentennial park was on the corner, the museum and Surflight theater were across the street. The showplace ice cream parlour was one block up. The amusement park was a 5 minute walk away. The supermarket was across the street and had everything we needed for the week. It was a wonderful place to stay and we came away our time here feeling extemely relaxed. We highly recommend this house!!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving Holiday at the house and it far exceeded our expectations. The homeowner graciously answered all my questions prior to vacation and the house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The house is located in a great spot, walking distance to the beach, market and restaurants. The property was clean and felt like home. I am recommending this rental to all my friends.

A Little Bit of Heaven at Beach Haven

I stayed at this beautiful Engleside Ave. home mid-week in late Sept. . I needed just to get away for a few days ..... those few days felt like a couple of weeks . I love this house..... it was everything I thought it would be and more. It felt like home ....not a vacation rental . I just couldn't make up my mind where I wanted to spend my time......Master Bedroom, Living Room, Dinning Room or the wrap around porch ..... I'm looking forward to my return trip ! Barbara

Perfect week at the beach!

This was our second year staying in this house, it is so lovely and comfortable, we found it perfect for our group of 12. The owners are great and very nice to deal with. Their home is so well taken care of and well stocked, you feel like you're borrowing a friends' house! The beach is two blocks away with a Tiki bar on either side, and live music most days. The stores and shops are so conveniently located you definitely don't need to get in your car. We spent hours on the porch having breakfast or snacks at the tables on the side, or having cocktails in our wicker, or Adirondak chairs. The backyard is adorable with a big picnic table, a BQ grill and even a swing. There's a big refrigerator in the garage and we stocked it with all of our barbecue supplies, beer, and soda. It came in very handy. The outdoor shower is fantastic and clothes line out back certainly came in handy. Everything you need is available at the house, from a washer and dryer to books and games. We were a group of adults 40+ and felt like we were 10 again, 'playing' in the yard, eating hotdogs, and riding bikes! Staying on the beach is nice, but having a house in a beach neighborhood with a shady backyard and a front porch is even better! Be prepared to go through withdrawl when you leave!
