Lovely and spacious ocean side Victorian in the heart of Beach Haven. Beautiful stunning stained glass windows and gleaming large plank hardwood floors throughout. Home is decorated with a Victorian flair in soft beach colors with comfort in mind. Walking distance to the beach, shops, food market, ice cream, live theatre, mini golf, book stores, amusements and even walking distance to Bayside where the Black Whale leaves daily to go to Atlantic City for daytrips.
There is a large wrap around porch with lots of seating for the whole family to enjoy and tables set up for outside dining. There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor; BR 1 king bed (and room for crib or blowup bed) BR 2 queen and single bed BR 3 queen and single bed BR 4 single bed BR 5 is a very large room with bunk bed (single over double) 2 singles and futon with new double mattress. 2nd floor bedrooms all have a/c units and 1st and 3rd floor have new 220 ac units. Electric upgrades have been made and all appliances and ac are on their own breakers.
There is an outside shower with dressing room and large grass yard shaded by evergreens with picnic table and tree swing. Very clean and all amenities. Beach is 2 short blocks away. Park your car and never get back in until you leave. The driveway holds 4 cars and there is a basketball hoop on the garage.
