The Best Setting in Country Creek
The Villages of Country Creek is a 283 acre country club community with a par 61 executive golf course. It is a playable course which offers enjoyment for the novice as well as challenges for the avid golfer. Off the course activities include tennis at the Har-Tru tennis courts, bocce ball court or a swim in one of the five heated pools.
The clubhouse features a restaurant, a lower patio overlooking the Estero Creek, a fully stocked pro shop, horseshoes, a Nautilus equipped fitness center, and card rooms. The communities owned TV channel and monthly paper will keep you informed of various activities including golf events for the men, women, and couples, pool exercises, clubhouse games of Bridge, Mah-Jongg, Euchre, Bunko, Hand & Foot and Canasta.
The villa has a living space of 1450+ under air including front and back enclosed lanais and a one & half car attached garage. The lanais may be opened to allow for out door living.
This villa has a Master Bedroom with a large bathroom, large shower and 2 large closets. The new king size bed in this room is a high quality pillow top mattress with a 19” TV.
Guest Bedroom near a bath that can be closed off for privacy. This room has a new comfortable queen size bed and can accommodate visiting adults or grandchildren.
The living room contains a 36 TV and a VHS player is provided. The living room has a queen size Lazy-Boy hide-a-way bed for overnight guests.
In addition there is a large combination dining room/sitting area for entertaining and a separate breakfast area which seats four. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking equipment and utensils. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The rear lanai faces the west sky over looking the 10th fairway and lake/fountain giving you the most beautiful sun sets in Country Creek. This lanai has a table and four chairs for enjoying meals outdoors.
The front Lanai has two chairs and a small table for your relaxing pleasure and is just a few steps from the villa pool which is across the street.

Year Purchased: 1999
We bought our home in 1999 with the idea of living in paradise three months during the winter. Our winters are now 7+ months. We love living in The Villages of Country Creek so much that we have bought a second home here.
