Our top-floor, (Building 6--closest to the beach), corner condominium is the perfect getaway for rest and relaxation in gorgeous Seagrove beach.

Steps away on the boardwalk is the award winning Seagrove beach with warm, clear emerald water--perfect for swimming and strolling.

Our decor is perfect for easy living - Denim and summer white with splashes of tropical color. The bedrooms are comfortable and cozy - the master is equipped with a king size bed, private bath and beach view.
The two additional bedrooms- one with two double beds and the second with a queen, share a centrally located full bathroom. There are 3 TV's in the condo; easy to entertain the kids.
The kitchen is fully equipped and a BBQ grill is ready to fire up. A full size front-load washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Beachside Villas has two heated pools, tennis and shuffleboard courts.
The famous 30A bike path is two blocks from the complex and if you are in the mood to explore, Seaside, Rosemary and Grayton are a bike ride away.

Why the Owner Chose Beachside Villas
Seagrove Beach is the perfect location on 30A. Our condo is in the ideal spot--no road sounds or traffic from 30A, but close enough to use the trail. Seaside to the west and Rosemary to the east offer the destination for eating and shopping but Seagrove is a hidden treasure. It truly is the best beach and the perfect retreat for relaxation--we get to experience it all for a fraction of the cost. Our days at the beach start with a cup of coffee on the balcony and a walk on the beach. Later, we ride our bikes for lunch nearby--and stop to visit the bookstore. If we are really ambitious and in the mood for shopping--we head to the outlets; 20 minutes door to door. Our day ends with sunsets on the beach and maybe a swim in our heated pool. Perfect.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Our condo is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay--look in the toy drawer for sand toys and there is an extra umbrella stroller and high chair for your little ones. There usually is a float or two in the childrens room--next to the beach umbrella. If it's a cloudy day, work on a puzzle or watch a DVD. Walk across the complex and have a family shuffleboard tournament or perfect your game on the courts.

Thanks for looking at our wonderful beach getaway--we bought our condo to have family time with our children and our traditions are now 10 years old. We try and get away 5 to 6 times a year, for long weekends and holidays. When we are not here, we love sharing it with our guests.
