The condo was in the perfect location. We were in town for the Seaside Half Marathon. The location of the condo was so close to everything we wanted to do while in town. The view of the gulf from the balcony is beautiful. Yes, there is another condo building directly in front of your building, but just to the side is a gorgeous view that is just like the picture shown on this site. The beach boardwalk is just a few steps away. Your condo contained everything we needed for our stay. Thanks again for providing others the opportunity to stay here!

We have had the great pleasure of staying in this condo several times and keep returning, year after year. We love everything about it: the gulf view from the terrace, the sugar sands, the blazing sunsets, the Seagrove location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, the charming condo decor, the immaculate and well-organized condition of the condo and the owner's dedication to making sure all our needs are met. We have stayed here as a couple for quiet, together times as well as with our children and grandchildren for more active and busy times. They also love this condo and location, by the way, and plan to rent it again themselves in 2012. We can't recommend it highly enough.

The property was accurately advertised. Beautiful view and very comfortable balcony chairs. Moving belongings up two flights of stairs was a struggle but worth it. The unit is kid friendly however one has to watch the noise factor in consideration of visitors below. Unit is well equipped. The location is very handy to restaurants and shopping. We had an enjoyable visit and would certainly consider renting again.

Great location, great view, great family complex, everything was good, and the price was affordable so the comfy homey feel was appreciated.

By far the best deal on 30A! I really like that the price you see is the price you pay and no more. The condo is well stocked, convenient to the beach with a great view from the patio. The owners are really nice and the kind of people you want to deal with if anything goes wrong because they are committed to the guest having a worry-free, quality vacation.

My family had a wonderful time staying in this fantastic condo during spring break. The location couldn't be beat, and I love the layout of the condo. The ONLY complaint that I had was that there was so much stuff in the kitchen (small appliances, plates, etc) that there was no room in the cabinets for foodstuffs, etc, that we brought/purchased, so we had to leave our stuff out on the counters. The kids all had a fabulous time, and nearby Destin was great for the one rainy day that we had. I also love the all-inclusive, so surprise rate that Anne quoted me. She was so wonderful to deal with. Would certainly stay here again!

Owner response:Wow! Thanks for the glowing review! We do provide "a lot of stuff"-- A hint: There is an empty cabinet on the other side of the kitchen island--a great place for snacks and dry goods! As a former renter, I always hated the "hidden" costs that showed up; we try and make it easy. And as a result, we have wonderful return guests! All-inclusive Price, Prime Location, TopNotch Amenities=Affordable, Beautiful & Comfortable Getaway

We visited over the winter holiday and it was the first time we rented a place that charged exactly what was listed on the ad -- not a penny more. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen is brand new. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, as are the bathrooms. The owners think of everything, from water bottles to DVD selections for everyone. The top-floor location and the Gulf view made the balcony our favorite spot -- beginning with the early morning and ending with great sunsets. We love this part of the Panhandle. We spent time on long walks and bicycle rides, had lunch in Rosemary Beach, did dinner and an outdoor concert in Seaside, and a shopping excursion at the outlets. The only extras missing here are extra fees; the owners don't charge any here -- and that's just fine with us!

Owner response:One of the most important aspects of renting our condo is this: full disclosure. We take care of the taxes, cleaning and management fees and there are no surprises in your bill! Our location and view are no secret either--in Beachside Villas complex, we are the closest to the beach with the best view. Our pictures are taken from our balcony. We like you to be able to drop your luggage and be on the beach in a minute. This year, we added chairs and boogie boards along with the sand toys and other amenities. A SLICE OF HEAVEN.

This is a charming and beautifully-located condo with a spectacular, third-story view of the Gulf and its incredible sunsets. We have had the pleasure of staying here several times and are always delighted with its amenities: a pristine, untouched beach with sugar sand and turquoise water a few steps away; open decks and doors that fill the condo with ocean sounds and breezes; a well-equipped and immaculate kitchen; a great location between Seaside and Rosemary Beach and close to Destin with its shopping opportunities; and owners who are focused on making sure everything is easy and "just so". Fabulous.

Owner response:We just "refreshed" and replaced inventory at Beachside Villas 633. Our couches have gorgeous, plump, down-filled pillows, the third bedroom is luxurious and the kitchen has new pots and pans. New beach chairs and boards are ready for our spring time guests. Little touches here and there add up to make you feel at home while at the same time, relaxed and cared for. We enjoy hearing from our guests that they were truly able to escape, enjoy and revel in our wonderful beach condo!

Wonderful week-end get-away. The condo was well stocked, well decorated, clean and comfortable. I only regret we couldn't stay longer. It was the first time my grand-daughter had been to the beach (she's 2) and she loved it! We saw some sea turtles and little fish. She was sooo excited. Everything very positive and best of all NO OIL on the beach! The pool and beach were close enough for just a short walk. We will surely have to do this again. We appreciated the owner allowing us to stay for a week-end as that was all the time we had. Having no experience ever renting a condo we found them very helpful. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was quite pleasant and comfortable and roomy, with everything we needed. The best part was that the beach was only a few steps away and you could check the beach conditions every morning by just stepping out onto the balcony. Also the location was very convenient to the evening activities we often enjoyed at nearby Seaside. The owners were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Would definitely consider a return visit.

My whole family, including my father, came on this trip and we had a great time! The condo was great. We all fit very comfortably. I loved having 2 double beds in one of the bedrooms. It was perfect for the kids. The condo was perfectly in between seaside and alys/rosemary beaches. Incredibly convenient to Publix, as well...and all other beaches. It was also a very short walk to the beach, which was nice with 2 kids in tow. We had an amazing trip and hope to return soon!

Best Rental in Beachside Villas!

We have rented 6 condominiums in Beachside Villas; by far this is the BEST. The owner makes the rental process very easy by publishing one price---no add ons when you e-mail which is very frustrating when you are looking at all the listings and trying to compare. The location is GREAT--down the steps, on the beach. The place is immaculate and very, very comfortable and very well stocked. And best of all, when something did go amiss (our blender broke!) the owner had it replaced within a couple of hours AND called to follow-up. We already have our week planned out for next year!

Owner response:Number 633 in Beachside Villas is by far the best value on 30A--fabulous view, 3 bedrooms, 2 pools, tennis and shuffleboard....and far enough from the road to not worry about traffic if your little ones are with you but close enough to take advantage of the fabulous bike path. We do the math for you---the rental price is published in Full so there are no nasty 11% taxes or cleaning/booking fees added on to the advertised price. Our property manager is FANTASTIC--he anticipates your every need with a very personal touch; it's a luxury we feel is very different than the rental agency experience. He is a phone call away and takes pride in his work and service. Thank you for helping us to be one of the favorite rentals in the complex--we truly aim to treat our guests to a memorable and relaxing beach vacation.

We love the view from this condo, and it's perfect for our growing family. We brought our young daughter and found the place to be very child friendly. All the beds are really comfortable, and the master bedroom with the ocean views and breeze is amazing. We'll definitely be back again in 2010.

My friends and I have stayed in this condo numerous times for our girl's weekends. It is the perfect place to get away: close to the beach, close to Seaside and Sea Grove, right next to the nature preserve and with a great view of the water. The condo is always in great condition and has the best location in the complex. The Owners are very helpful with suggestions about the area. They obviously spend a lot of time there themselves. My friends and I hope to go back very soon!

We were pleased with the rate that was all inclusive; many of the other condo's we viewed added fees that raised the weekly rate considerably. The owner was very helpful with answering all of our questions, and the condo was very, very comfortable, CLEAN, and beautifully decorated. The location can't be beat-- the view is as great as it looks on the site and our friends in another building at Beachside villas were somewhat unhappy being on the second floor--too much noise overhead. We watched for this unit to come available this coming spring and booked ahead. Great deal, sweet location.

My family chose this area for our annual Fall Break. We agree that the beaches of South Walton are some of the most beautiful, well-maintained in the whole Gulf Coast. The condo was conveniently located to such unique shops. The unit has a great view of the Gulf; it is well-furnished and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful in arranging a most memorable family vacation.

My family and I stayed at this condo and we plan to return this spring. It's a pristine, comfortable, and welcoming place -- perfect for families or couples. We spent our days on the spacious and quiet beach and we spent our evenings on the balcony watching the sunsets over the water. Thoughtful touches--fluffy bath towels, a selection of DVDs, a barbecue grill, full size W/D--add to the experience. Having Seaside and Grayton Beach nearby for dining, shopping, etc., is a wonderful perk. A perfect getaway in lovely surroundings -- highly recommended.
