The Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach front resort in Poipu. The white sand beach, backed by green lawns, palm trees and tropical gardens is perfect to relax or enjoy swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding or surfing. Towels and lounge chairs are provided free to guests at the beach-side activity hut. You will experience why Poipu beach has been rated one of the best beach in the world by USA Today.
Unit 303, located on the first floor of Building 38, looks out over the heart of the Moir Cactus Garden located on the grounds of Kiahuna Plantation among the beach bungalows. The garden was created by Alexandra Moir during the time her husband was the plantation manager. Originally developed in the 1930's, the Moir Garden was opened to the public in the mid-1950's.
The garden is home to many rare plants; including succulents and cactus, bromeliads, orchids, century trees, and beautiful water lily ponds with koi fish. There is no admittance fee to enter and enjoy the Moir Garden. You will feel comfortable and right at home in our recently remodeled and nicely furnished vacation home. The tropical paradise below and the spectacular Poipu sunset can be enjoyed from the lanai.
The light and comfortable living, dining and kitchen areas are open to each other, with a large sliding glass door that take you out onto the furnished lanai. There is a full bath with shower and tub, and separate vanity area. Recently up-graded bath and kitchen with granite counter tops and travertine tile in bath.
Kiahuna Plantation occupies a lovely beachfront in Poipu on the sunniest side of the island. The architecture at this picture-perfect oasis by the sea is reminiscent of Hawaii's 19th-century plantation past.
The atmosphere is relaxed and carefree. Swaying palms, shady monkey pod trees, and delicate Plumeria blossoms accent the manicured lawns that carpet the 30-acre setting. A pristine stretch of sand invites you to swim and snorkel in the clear blue Pacific.
Historic Koloa Town is just a few minutes away. Explore more of Kauai with a scenic drive West to Waimea, or East to Lihue, the Wailua River, Kapaa Town, and Hanalei on the North shore.

Resort golf courses nearby at Kiahuna Golf Club. Situated in sunny Poipu Beach Resort. Most of the beach equipment is available at the the Beach Hut for the exclusive use of guests. The Kiahuna Beach Hut provides beach towels and chairs for house guests.
The Beach House is a Garden view first floor.Unit 303 is in Building 38, just a 3 minute walk to the Resort White Sand Beach!
Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club
The club boasts an 82,000-gallon pool with a water slide and sand bottom children's area, and a 1,600-gallon whirlpool spa that features 10 hydrotherapy jets and submerged bench seating. Ten tennis courts provide lots of opportunity for play.
Use of tennis courts is complimentary to Kiahuna Plantation guests. The Tennis Shop stocks tennis attire and tennis balls, as well as offers racket rentals, racket re-stringing, and lessons with the on-site tennis pro. Open 8 am - 12 noon and 2 pm - 5 pm
