The Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach front resort in Poipu. The white sand beach, backed by green lawns, palm trees and tropical gardens is perfect to relax or enjoy swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding or surfing. Towels and lounge chairs are provided free to guests at the beach-side activity hut. You will experience why Poipu beach has been rated one of the best beach in the world by USA Today.
Unit 303, located on the ground floor of Building 38 (3 minute walk to resort beach), looks out over the heart of the famous Moir Garden located on the grounds of Kiahuna Plantation among the beach bungalows.
The garden is home to many rare plants; including succulents and cactus, bromeliads, orchids, century trees, and beautiful water lily ponds with koi fish. There is no admittance fee to enter and enjoy the Moir Garden. You will feel comfortable and right at home in our recently remodeled and nicely furnished vacation home. The tropical paradise below and the spectacular Poipu sunset can be enjoyed from the lanai.
The light and comfortable living, dining and kitchen areas are open to each other, with a large sliding glass door that take you out onto the furnished lanai. There is a full bath with shower and tub, and separate vanity area. Recently up-graded bath and kitchen with granite counter tops and travertine tile in bath.
Historic Koloa Town is just a few minutes away. Explore more of Kauai with a scenic drive West to Waimea, or East to Lihue, the Wailua River, Kapaa Town, and Hanalei on the North shore.
Kiahuna Swim and Tennis Club
The club boasts an 82,000-gallon pool with a water slide and sand bottom children's area, and a 1,600-gallon whirlpool spa that features 10 hydrotherapy jets and submerged bench seating. Ten tennis courts provide lots of opportunity for play.

This place was clean and very conveniently located. The beach, pool, and beach were all very close by. The staff was friendly, and the grounds were well kept. I would suggest this place to anyone looking for a place in Kauai! Thanks for letting us stay!

Residence calme et sereine et les alentours sont remarquables: sortie en Kayak, Trecks (Lolo Vista Point, cascades ....) en foret, snorkling pour la plongee, ne pas rater la Beachhouse Beach: un veritable acquarium habite par 2 tortues .... Glad to frien said to get off Oahu for a few day. A VRBO connect with Charles led us to the paradise of Kauai. #303 was nicely situated (Cactus, Orchids gardens) and the breezi, fare & wild life (natural) were pleasant; King size bed quite comfortable; internet acces and Kiahuna Tennis Club good pluses for us. Had GREAT experiences with guidesof Kauai Outfitters (Kayak, Walua falls, Zipliner....Kipu Ranch). Captain Andy's catamaran trip up Napali coast was neat....But novice should eat two hours early and take dramamin. It's Waiamea Canyon and Kauai Coffee tomorrow......before 7pm flight. Great 4 days ! 35th anniversary trip a sdpledid succes. Thanks Charles Richard & Judy Camp.....

A gorgeous property. My wife and I loved everything about the grounds, the location and the facilities. Exactly as described. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The restaurant on the property was also magical - we ate on the veranda as the sun was setting. This was also our first experience with VRBO which was also excellent. One caution. If renting a car at Lihue airport, make certain the company you're renting from stays open well past your arrival time. We were okay but there were several people on our flight that faced the disturbing prospect of the rental counter for the company they rented from being closed.
