Our unit is the closest one to the Pool/Spa/Restaurant. Our Townhouse is an end unit with off street parking in front.
As you enter the foyer to the left is a full kitchen complete with dishes, glasses, utensils, full refrigerator and dishwasher etc. To the right you will find a junior suite with NEW Queen Bed and private full bath and it's own TV. Also on the main floor is a 1/2 bath and a large living room/dining room area with TV & DVD player. Our unit also has an WIFI and internet modem for your computer hookup.
Description of the 2nd floor is a King Master Suite with NEW King Bed and private full bath and TV with a balcony that overlooks the pool/spa area. Upstairs also provides 2 additional bedrooms with 2 single beds in each, plenty of closet space, full hall bath, washer and dryer.
Our unit is maintained very well.
We are very local to many area attractions and nearby restaurants.
Conveniently located next to the resort is a full supermarket and shopping center. You can find Walmart approx. 2 miles north of the resort.

My family and I just returned from our vacation at Regal Palms Resort and we just loved it! The townhouse was clean and well maintained. We felt very comfortable and cozy. My husband and I traveled with our 3 children, and my in-laws and there was plenty of room for all. The pool area was spectacular! The kids loved the waterslide and lazy river. It kept them quite busy while we sipped our frozen cocktails. It was very enjoyable. The townhouse was so close to the pool that if we forgot something, it was no problem to run back. The resort is not far from the parks. It was only a 20 minute drive. Overall, I would totally recommend this resort. We can't wait to go back!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I just get back from my stayed in this beautiful home, it is perfect for a family, it has everything you need to feel just like home. Ann is very attentive and answer all of my questions. It is not far from the parks, just 15 to 20 minutes away, and is totally worth it. The kids love the pool and its proximity to the house. I would definitely stayed again the next time I am in town. Ann thanks for everything.

Our 1 week in your Condo was awesome. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and space that your condo provided for our party of 7 and appreciated the convenient location close to the resort facilities. The condo was well equipped with all of the amenities that were listed. The resort facility was well maintained and provided everything for an enjoyable vacation. Our family made use of almost all of the amenities of the resort including pool area, restaurant, tiki bar, store, volleyball area and fitness center. We also enjoyed the activities that were available for the kids around the resort area. I do want to reiterate what a wonderful time our family had at Regal Palms! It was a trip we will never forget. Thanks so much for the use of the condo and we look forward to returning and recommending your resort to others!!

Just got back from my Florida vacation at Regal Palms. This Townhouse was perfectly located, it's on the first row of Townhomes closet to the pool which was very convenient for us since we had small children traveling with us. The kids and us adults loved the pool area, it was fun floating around the lazy river and going down the slide. The Townhouse was very clean and comfortable for 2 families, we felt like we were at home. Booking and checking in was effortless everything ran like clock work. We went to 2 attactions that were a short drive from the resort, Univeral and Disney. I would definitely book this home the next time we head down to FL. Loved it!!!!

Our family of nine stayed at this townhouse in October 2010. We had a great time. We loved the pool and the grounds at Regal Palms. We found the townhouse to be clean well equipped. The location of the townhouse was great. Being so close the pool was very convenient, however it did prove to be a bit noisy in the master bedroom, but it didn't seem to bother anyone in the rest of the house. There were a few things that could use some attention such as the beds were rather hard and uncomfortable and there were some minor signs of wear and tear. Overall we had a nice vacation and would definitely consider staying at Regal Palms again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at your townhouse. Everything was perfect. The location of your home is so convenient to the pool/restaurant. I enjoyed the view of the pool from the balcony it is absolutely beautiful. My son who is 16 really enjoyed the lazy river and slide. Fun for all ages. . Having the supermarket so close to the unit was helpful. Your home was very clean and well maintained. Ann was very helpful and knowledgable in answering and questions we had prior to checking in. I would definitely recommend your Townehouse to anyone that is vacationing in the Walt Disney Area and we look forward to returning next year.
