Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
Our family has been vacationing in North Wildwood for over 40 years. In the summer of 2007, we rented one of these new OceanFront condos in The Tides at Seaboard Point in Building 3 and we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to purchase a condo for ourselves.
We were fortunate that the few remaining units had the absolute BEST views in the entire complex. Obviously we are partial, but my wife and I belevie we have the BEST view in the place.
We open and share our new home with you and hope that you too will find this a great place to vacation and enjoy good times and create lasting memories with your family here at the Tides. We have tried to include all the amenities that you may need to make this feel like your home away from home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When you walk out the front door, you have all the amenities of a fine resort spread out across 18 acres. You have access to a great pool with a terrific kiddie splash pool area, a fitness center, tennis court, volley ball, billiards all in an open un-crowded environment.
If you want privacy, and awesome views - - just pull up a chair on one of the two back decks and take in the view of Champagne Island and Stone Harbor.

We can not recommend highly enough! Home is fantastic and extremely comfortable. The location is very convenient and the views are, well, you just need to see them for yourself. The pool area and fitness center are added bonuses. The owners have done a wonderful job with the home to make it very liveable. We all had a very very enjoyable and relaxing time. Will definitely do this again in 2011

This is an absolutely wonderful home in which to make your vacation memory. We spent our first, all the family in one unit, vacation in this home in 2009 and it left an indelible mark in our memory. It became our new standard for what to look for in acquiring a vacation home: property owner accessibility, rental maintenance and recreational options. It was large enough for all of us to have our own space and comfortable enough to stay in on a bad weather day without regret. This has become our Wildwood vacation home for as long as we are able!

We have vacationed at the shore since I was a little girl (I'll be 52 next week :), and I have never felt like I could stay in the accommodations for 2 weeks. This is my first time! Thank you so much for giving us such a first class experience. It was restful to our souls.

Dear Sandy & Bob,We have had beach houses for about ten years, but this one was the best! From the easy move in with the luxury hand cart to the nearly private swimming pool, everything was first class! Some of our previous rentals have had fine dinnerware, a few had fine cookware/utensils, some had comfy beds, but never the colorful quilts that the “real” family enjoys - - until now. We felt we were staying at the beach house of our best friends - -the finest of everything is what we found.Thanks for sharing.Tom and Anne S.
