This brand new luxurious 2 level 3500 square foot 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home situated on the 3rd fairway of the Tahoe Donner golf course has it all! Huge sunny open plan living/kitchen/dining area with high vaulted ceilings and a walk out decks overlooking the golf course includes hot tub and gas grill. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped and complete with Thermador appliances -48' gas range with indoor grill, dishwasher, wine refer and dual sinks.
Dining room seats 12 (14 with additional table) and has French doors to deck. Spacious living area with gas fire, flat screen TV, surround sound, and IPOD dock. The expansive master suite on the first floor is flooded with morning sun. It includes gas fire, huge bathroom with double vanities, large Jacuzzi tub, double steam multi-head shower, heated floors, and heated towel bars and a walk-in wardrobe.
On the ground floor is a sunny 2nd master suite with views overlooking the golf course and the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a queen bed and twin bunks in each with 4th bathroom, laundry room, and powder room.
The game room has a futon for additional sleeping, bathroom, beverage refrigerator and bar, flat screen TV, ping pong and card tables with various games and puzzles.
The house is heated by two gas fires and dual furnaces.
There are also dual tankless water heaters for unlimited hot water.
There is a 2 car, 1 golf cart garage all with auto doors. Ample off street parking, and a parking bay for an RV or boat.

This was the perfect spot for our multi-generational family vacation. So glad we could bring our dog, she's part of the family, too. Plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing if desired, yet it had that cozy homey feel. Kitchen was great - we could have fed a small army with that oven! Washer/dryer a big plus for extended stays. Location was quiet and peaceful. Just reading a book on the deck was a pleasure. Access to Tahoe Donner amenities also nice. Cathy was more than helpful with any questions I had before arrival. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for that special Tahoe getaway.

What a home! Beautiful, clean, well-equipped, spacious, cozy, luxurious... I could go on. Cathy, we can't even begin to express what a great time we had during our long weekend in your home. The snow wasn't great at the resort, but I was happy because it gave us more time to enjoy the house... Cooking dinner for the group was a breeze in the GORGEOUS kitchen and everyone enjoyed gathering in the living room and lounging by the fire after a long day of skiing. There's nothing better than a hot tub and a nice shower after a day on the slopes and this place had both! The master bath has actually inspired a remodel of the bathroom in my own home.... we LOVED the steam shower. Thank you again, we can't wait to come back next year!

This home was a wonderful getaway for our extended family - so spacious and fun for everyone. We loved the ping-pong table and chef's kitchen (great dining table) and the drifts of snow that made building a snowman and snowshoeing so easy. We even tried cross-country skiing for the first time just down the street and it was perfect to be able to come home and relax in the jacuzzi afterwards. Thanks, Cathy, for providing this great home and we look forward to staying in Tahoe Donner again soon!

We rented the house last weekend as a last minute replacement for another house that had been damaged. Boy, what luck !!! This house is beautiful !!! Great layout, plenty of room for all of us, nice entertainment items and a kitchen you will never find in a vacation rental !!! The only suspect items are the bathroom sinks and faucets,not quite enough room between the two to wash your hands comfortably. We want to say there again next year for the anual poker tourment!! We just came back from a four day stay at this amazing house. It's a brand new place and the place is gorgeous. The amenities are all top notch -- love the steam shower in the master suite. The kitchen is great for multi-family cooking. We had three families and each cooking their own meals in the kitchen without problems. Would love to stay there again.

this house is amazing! we loved how spacious, modern and clean this place is. plenty of room for a small group of friends and/or family. we especially enjoyed cooking in the huge kitchen and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of snowboarding. we can't wait to stay here again!
