Why the Owner Chose Potrero Hill
SF is one of the best cities on earth! Our home is located in Potrero Hill, the warmest and sunniest neighborhood in SF. We have amazing views of the city, centrally located to all the attractions, we have great restaurants and shops in our neighborhood, easy parking, parks, trees, gardens, easy access to the freeways, public transportation, airports, the beach, and wine country. Our neighborhood is between the bay / waterfront, the Mission, AT&T ballpark, and SOMA - all great places to spend time.
The Unique Benefits at this Flat
This beautiful 1907 Victorian row house has been recently renovated inside and out, keeping most of the original detail intact. The rental flat was completely renovated in 2009. We have great views, there is a nice deli/market/cafe just 1 block from our house. We are 3 blocks to the neighborhood park, and a few more to the main neighborhood strips with restaurants and shops. We also have a bus stop 1 block from the house. If you have a car this location has quick access the freeways, airport, and beaches. Some of our favorite restaurants in the city are located in this neighborhood, feel free to ask us for recommendations!
Has great views, and open field, and a new fenced in kids playground, one of our favorite spots.
This neighborhood is largely hispanic and offers great food, culture, and history. Our favorite streets are 24th, as well as Mission and Valencia between 14th & 24th Streets.
There are a couple of colorful waterfront restaurants here that are good for lunch on a sunny afternoon and sometimes offer live music.
This mixed use area is know for art, interior design, food, music, clubs, bars, and a whole lot more!
Great farmers market, shops, dining, and waterfront. Catch a ferry to Alcatraz Island, Angel Island, Sausolito, Tiburon, and more! Hornblower offers dining cruises on the bay.
