This lovely home has outstanding mountain views on a quiet Cul-De-Sac. The location is in Canoa Ranch, a newly built Gated Community with the newest, and one of the highest rated golf courses in Southern Arizona. The local Community Recreation Center will be open as of December 31st, 2008, and access is available to this facility, as well as the many other Green Valley Recreation Centers at a nominal fee.
Seven public golf courses are within 20 minutes of the subdivision, Nogales, Mexico is a short drive south, and historic Tombstone is just slightly more then an hour away. The exceptional Santa Rita Mountains, and the famous Kartchner Caverns are just a few of the many natural wonders close by.
This home is bright and sunny, and looks out from the backyard onto the mountains. There are two bedrooms, the master with a queen sized bed, and the other with two twin beds. Eating areas consist of a bar in the kitchen, a dining room table in a small nook by the kitchen, and a table and chairs on the patio.
