Had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful condo for a weekend in August while moving my daughter into her school housing at CCU. From the minute you walk in you know you are at the beach. The décor says seaside but not kitschy. Condo is very spacious and comfortable. If you plan on cooking you will find every utensil, pot, serving platter, etc you would need. Plenty of seating in the living room. Bedrooms are great with door out to the balcony from the master bedroom. Lots of towels, blankets and pillows. Use of beach chairs and umbrella which is a big plus. Plenty of parking, nighttime security, friendly people (many of them owners). Owner is a pleasure to work with. Myrtle Beach is not our normal vacation destination but since my daughter’s college is so close I wanted to enjoy a little of the beach during move in. I have been renting privately owned condos in Ocean City MD for years as that is where we vacation, they have always been serviceable – when you walk into Anne’s condo you feel like you are walking into someone’s home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I rented for the entire month of November 2011 and I will more than likely do it again. Condo is well furnished, and is on a high floor however we loved every minute of it.Recommended for: Age 55+.

I have stayed in this particular area of North Myrtle beach and happened to stumble upon this condo when planning a vacation with friends. The price is very reasonable for this spacious condo and the amenities are perfect. Stayed 4 adults and 2 11mo babies - June 18-25, 2011 The complex had plenty of parking and covered parking also. The pool was in excellent shape with plenty of chairs and like most pools in the area closed at 10pm. There is an ice machine and snack machine near the pool which made for easy cooler fill ups. Guest storage was provided and the condo features an umbrella and beach chairs for guest use. Gas grill is also available for use on the grounds (which is a huge plus) but it seemed only two sides of the four burners worked well. Beach was nice and not crowded and there was plenty of space. Umbrella line covered the entire beach though and with new MB lays, you must set your umbrella/tent up behind the current umbrella line. The condo was nicely decorated and well furnished. There were plenty of pots and pans, dishes and silverware in the kitchen (there is also a blender for those interested). Additionally, there were spices which is always a nice surprise if you cook in one or two nights and for breakfasts! There is plenty of room in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom to put a pack'n'play for the kids to sleep in and the master suite feature a spacious walk in closet. The couches in the condo were very comfortable and there was internet in the condo but it was wired. You could however, use wireless from other condos in the building at the time of our stay if you preferred. The maintenance staff was very friendly and helpful and there were quite a few owners whom we met there were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with. The condo is great and I would recommend it and stay there again. This place is great for a relaxing family vacation and if you get bored with the pool/beach at the condo, you can sneak over to the hilton next door for drinks and food (pool bar) or just play in their pools. The staff is friendly and inviting and there is a kid pool with sand on the bottom (which is nice).Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
