Beautiful 1600 square foot newly decorated 2 year old condominium just steps away from the Wildwood Boardwalk and award winning Morey's Pier. Relax in comfort in this spacious well appointed condominium, with central air conditioning and sliding glass doors to a covered deck with ocean views.

Enjoy family dinners in the spacious dining area and kitchen stocked with the newest in cooking essentials, or if you prefer, dine out in one of Wildwood's many premier restaurants.

Enjoy family movie nights in front of the 37" flat screen tv with DVD and VCR.

You'll find all the comforts and convenience of home, along with all the excitement the Jersey Shore has to offer. A perfect place for making vacation memories!!!!

SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Master bedroom, Queen bed, private bath
Second bedroom, Queen bed
Third bedroom, two twin beds
Queen sleep sofa in living room

Blankets, pillows and comforters are provided.

Spacious laundry room in unit: washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday -- Check-in 2:00 P.M. Check-out 10:00 A.M. One week minimum stay. No smoking and no pets.
Must be over age 25. Families only.

Half the rent is due when signing lease. $300 security deposit plus remaining half due 4 weeks prior to rental week. Payment may be in the form of personal check, money order or cashiers check. After receiving all payments, two sets of keys will be mailed to your home. Security will be returned after keys have been returned and property inspected.

  • What a wonderful rental! The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is included. The location is spectacular! It is just a three minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. This is the nicest place I've ever stayed at the beach. Can't wait to go back!!!

  • Great location!!!!! Convenient to everything. Less than a block walk to a great beach and the boardwalk. This condo has it all; owners thought of everything. The kitchen has appliances galore, the LR/DR area is spacious and welcoming, the bedrooms are roomy and airy, and the best part--it is immaculate.
