Barra de Navidad is a picturesque and friendly little village on the Bahia de Navidad situated between the sea and a beautiful lagoon, 4 hours south of Puerto Vallarta. For swimming and water sports, you can choose the beach in Barra or one of the neighboring beaches. Barra is 25 minute drive from Manzanillo International Airport, two hours from Colima and 4 hours from Puerto Vallarta.
The village is easily explored by foot. You will enjoy a variety of good restaurants, great sport fishing, breathtaking sunsets and friendly people. Crossing the bay by water taxi you can visit the 5 Star Grand Bay Hotel with marina and world class golf course at Isla de Navidad.
Our casa is very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Full kitchen, full bathrooms, plenty of towels and beach towels, linen, books, games, cable TV, a patio with table, chairs and hammock, and a parking space for one car. Complete privacy. Ceiling fans throughout. There is no swimming pool but we are a few minutes walk to the beach and to the center of the village on a quiet small street.
Maid and gardener come twice weekly.
No smoking house. No pets allowed.
