This luxury penthouse Condo located in historic brownstone in the NW quadrant of Washington DC, Columbia Heights neighborhood known for its Victorian architecture, offers spacious 1800 square feet of living space, three large bedrooms, three full bathrooms and half bath on the first floor (two master suites with master bathrooms and third bedroom with bathroom in the hallway).

Gracious living-dining area for charming family meals and entertaining with nicely equipped kitchen. Hardwood white oak floors cover the entire unit and complement our modern décor. Our living room offers spacious seating as well as pull up sofa for additional sleeping area. Private, off-street parking available at garage around the corner. Free Wireless/Wired DSL.

We are located just one block to Columbia Heights Metro (green and yellow line), the Tivoli Theater, DC USA shopping center, the Heights restaurant, Giant grocery store, Sticky Fingers vegan bakery and cafe and all the dinning and shopping located around the Tivoli square.

Columbia Heights borders the neighborhoods of DuPont Circle, Adams Morgan, Mount Pleasant and U Street corridor, DC's most vibrant centers celebrated for its history where the charmingly traditional meets the latest in urban planning.

Rich in history, Columbia Heights stands today as a dynamically evolving neighborhood dotted with new venues for performing arts and zesty Latin eateries. There are coffee shops, grocery stores, department stores all within walking distance. Our neighborhood is located just up from DuPont Circle, right up on the Hill leading down to the White House and the National Mall. Getting to and from the National Mall is easy by Metro which is located just a block from the property, by walking (about 1.5 miles) or by cab.

We would definitely recommend this unit and the location, which was by far the most convenient place we ever stayed at. Would recommend Red Rocks Pizza, we ate there when we arrived and than went back at least twice. Jennifer

  • What a great place. Convenient to the Metro which is right around the corner with number of restaurants and grocery stores. The unit was lot bigger than expected and very nicely furnished with modern decor. We spent ten days here with my three teenage daughters and my in-laws and had plenty space for all of us. The owners were super nice and provided great tips on where to eat and what to do, so we felt right at home as opposed to being just tourists. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Kim Sh.

  • I stayed here with three friends for 6 days. All the rooms were bigger than I expected and well furnished (especially the kitchen was wonderful!). It was so convenient because Metro station and Mall were just around the corner. The owner`s hospitality was great. Though we rented this apartment from Japan, the owner responded immediately and properly to our questions and requests. We really appreciate it. I would like to rent again soon! We would highly recommend this place not only for people in US, but also for people from foreign countries.

  • This is a great property! It was immaculate when we checked in. It is tastefully designed and appointed, including a great kitchen. We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. The owners of this property have excellent taste and provide a superb experience. Close walk to the Metro and we felt safe in the neighborhood. Would recommend and rent again!
