Built in 2001 on the shore of beautiful Little Lake Sunapee this home is your perfect get-away. Walk-out to the lake, moor your boat on the dock, use our kayak to explore the lake. Views of the lake are from every room in the house. The yard is landscaped with beautiful perennial gardens. The hot-tub spa is just off the master bedroom suite with a full view of the Southern sky at night.
The great room has an entertainment center with a fireplace and wet bar. The living room has a gas log fireplace and you can walk out onto the deck from both rooms. All of the bedrooms have there own private deck overlooking the lake.
