It is our family’s dream vacation home & we hope it will be yours too! The home is just steps from the beach and spacious heated tropical community pool. The community is lusciously landscaped in a tropical flare.
Our home is ~ a 1 1/2 min. stroll/300ft to the beach access & is ~100 ft to the pool! The BEACH is WONDERFUL! It is NOT a public beach. It is exclusive for the guest in the homes in this small ocean side gated community!

This home is finely appointed throughout. We offer TV’s in every bedroom & living room. Our home is designed to make your family’s vacation perfect with all the conveniences that a family needs for a relaxing & carefree vacation! Step inside onto a mosaic medallion surrounded by European chiseled edge travertine floors. Walk up the magnificent floating spiral staircase featuring hand scraped oak and stone with iron/wood railings. Our home boasts hand scrapped Mahogany stained oak wood floors and stone flooring throughout. An artful masterpiece, this homes interior custom ceiling details and custom wood beams in kitchen and master are breathtaking. The home is richly done with beautiful solid Mahogany interior wood doors throughout the home. It also features deluxe rich Mahogany exotic hardwood molding and trim throughout.

The first floor includes foyer, washer/dryer, two bedrooms & full bath. There is a large guest suite with queen bed and also a bunk bedroom with unique full-over-full bunks instead of the usual twin-size (sleeping a total of four people). These bedrooms share a spacious double granite vanity and a beautiful tiled chiseled edge bath/shower.
The second floor kitchen/living area is spacious and open. The kitchen is a gourmet cook’s dream! Features stainless steel Wolf cooking appliances, including five burner gas stove, Sub Zero Refrigerator, ice machine, double drawer dishwasher, microwave drawer and a large breakfast bar. The kitchen features custom Mahogany stained cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal! The living area features a stoned gas fireplace with flat screen TV above, beautiful furnishings, sound system and balcony. This floor also features a full bath with a spacious tiled shower.
The third floor loft area has a wet bar with Sub Zero fridge. The master suite is truly an escape! It has detailed ceiling beams, faux painted tray ceiling, sitting area, king bed and balcony with a beautiful Gulf view and view of pool. The master bath features a double granite vanity, spacious walk in stone tile shower with intricate tile work and view of the Gulf of Mexico as you relax in the “bubble massage air jet” whirlpool tub. There is a beautiful fourth bedroom on this floor with a queen bed.
Other special appointments are lots of closets and storage space, 10 foot ceilings, central vacuum system, sound system in living/kitchen, master bedroom/bath and balconies, security system, Sony electronics and exterior wall water fountain and outdoor cold/hot water shower, large storage garage full of pool & beach items!
