Enter the beach at the million dollar renovation of Coligny Beach with an interactive fountain, bike path direct to beach, outdoor showers and changing rooms, gazebos, swings and rocking chairs. UPSTAIRS - The second floor has two bedrooms each with their own private full bath. The master bedroom overlooks the lagoon and neighboring pool. The second bedroom features bead board bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top and a pull out trundle for plenty of room to rest after a full day of fun in the sun. Each room also includes flat screen HD cable TV and DVD. A roll away bed is also included.
FOR VALUE AND CONVENIENCE - For your added convenience, two beach bikes with detachable kids seats and a tow along beach cart for your kid's or gear is included (average $120 weekly value). There are also beach chairs and umbrellas ready to go! With 55 miles of bike paths and 12 miles of Atlantic shoreline, Hilton Head is made for biking.

We stayed at this Hilton Head townhome for Spring Break 2009 and really enjoyed both the accommodations and the island. The townhome is centrally located with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all very close by. The unit has been renovated and the updates are all very well done, quaint and comfortable. Sleeping arrangements were perfect for us... there are plenty of options with extra bedding available. The unit is very relaxing and clean and the owners even provided bikes for the trails right outside the unit. We all really enjoyed biking around and loved our Spring Break here. Very nice.
