Property is end unit with swimming pool next door so offers additional space and privacy. The pool is seldom used by other residence as most houses on road have their own private pools.
Property has vaulted ceilings and is very bright and airy inside. Front Patio which is onto the golf course faces south west so get plenty of morning sunshine and afternoon shade. 11th Fairway very wide and as there is no cart path outside property you will not be bothered by errent golfers.
