Chatham has the best beaches, great shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, biking, golf, and tennis. Kids love Friday night band concerts in the park, minor league baseball games, the enormous town playground and visits to the Monomoy wildlife refuge.
This cottage has all of the modern amenities: cable TV, high speed internet, DVD /VCR, two flat screen TVs and a washer/dryer.
The comfortable furniture is a mix of new and antique.

Picture Perfect Town Cottage in Chatham Keeps us Coming Back Year After Year!

My family has continued to rent this house every summer since 2005. Why have we not rented elsewhere? The location is perfect for a family with children--walking distance to town for a meal or ice cream, and just blocks away from the children's beach. The owners completely renovated the home with deluxe and comfortable ammenities, yet have kept the furnishings family friendly enough so that I don't worry about my kids tracking sand in the house. The owners are wonderful--flexible and approachable. I would not hesitate to call or email them with questions, concerns or recommendations. All three of my children ADORE this home and its location--this property to them and the time we spend there IS summer to them. They love going and look forward to it year after year. I would hightly recommend renting this property to any of my friends or family. We hope to enjoy this home for years to come.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This small but charming Chatham cottage is located on a quiet side street within an easy walk of Main Street's activity and the beach. Beautifully decorated, it offers all the comforts of home. You won't want to leave.
