This is the destination for your ultimate vacation! Come spend some time in our spacious, 6 year old, 2000 square foot home located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. This 4 bedroom/ 3 full bath home has been fully furnished with all BRAND NEW High End Quality furniture, mattresses, Bedding, Linens and all the utensils to make this your home, away from home.
There are 2 beach chairs for you to use.
If you have small children and are in need of a Pack-N-Play, Stroller or High Chair just let us know and we will have it there for you!! (if available - 1st come 1st served)
All you have to do is Enjoy, Golf, Go To The Beach or Just Relax.You can swim in the extra large community pool or maybe play some tennis.
Sit out, on the back patio and watch the golfers play by on the 7th hole of the Lakes course. Arrowhead Golf Course has three 9 hole courses; The Lakes, The Waterways (plays along the Inter Coastal Waterway), and The Cypress Course. Within a five mile radius there is the famous World Tour Golf Links, Myrtle Beach National, The Legends, The Bell Terre, The Wizard, and The Man-O-War golf courses. If you would like a golf vacation- Myrtle Beach is the golf capital of the world!

I also have a car pass for you and your passengers to enter Myrtle Beach State Park, it is the best place to go to the BEACH. No hi rise resorts with no place to sit - this is wide open beach with a life guard, showers, bathrooms, fishing pier and a small store!

You will be minutes from the Coastal Grand Mall, Tanger Outlets, Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, Hard Rock Cafe, Freestyle Music Park, Broadway At The Beach, Barefoot Landing, Fantasy Harbor, Myrtle Waves, Nascar Go-Carts, Target, Wal-Mart, Costco, Lowes, Home Depot, Supermarkets, Aquarium, Miniature Golf, Cal Ripkins Baseball Fields and Restaurants including: P.F. Our three generation family loved this versatile rental. Because we had an infant the upstairs bedroom was perfect for the provided Pac-N-Play and the rest of us slept through the night. We utilized the screened in porch for bird and sunset watching, and enjoyed the grill for BBQ and smores. The house was clean and the neighborhood rural and peaceful-it was close to beautiful Myrtle Beach State Park and every other amenity that we wanted to access without being caught up in the hubbub of a resort town. The owner is personable and the rental process easy. We'd like to rent here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

We recently stayed here for our annual guys golf outing and couldn't be more pleased. The house was in perfect shape and in a great location! We had no complaints and Mitch was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay a bit off the grand strand. This was our group's first golf excursion to Myrtle Beach and we weren't sure exactly where we should stay. Hotel, condo or house? I've had good experiences with VRBO in the past, so I took control of the lodging process and convinced the guys that we would enjoy the comfort and privacy of a house over the commotion and madness of a beachside hotel. Boy, was that ever a great decision! This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Four comfortably sized, nicely appointed bedrooms. Great screen porch allowing us to easily enjoy the cool evening breezes. We took advantage of the gas grill for a night of grillin' and chillin'. The living room was large enough to easily accommodate the four of us when we migrated inside to view the week's big sporting events on TV (men's and woman's college BB championships and Master's nightly replays). This house is in great shape, it was very clean inside and out and is situated on a quiet street allowing us to relax and sleep with ease - even with the windows open throughout the night. The location of this house was the icing on the cake! Located not more than a couple miles from the airport, it's central location was ideal. Only minutes from 17 bypass, rt 501 and rt 31, no matter where we golfed we had an easy, enjoyable ride. Great family get-a-way! House is clean and open for relaxation. Even though it sits on the fairway of the golf course, it's location is perfect for all the activities and excitement that Myrtle Beach brings. This home was exactly what my family and I were looking for. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and located in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. Mitch was great to work with, as this rental was at the last minute and he ensured we had everything needed for our stay. My family recently stayed at this property and were thrilled with the entire experience. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything you need. The location makes it very convenient to any number of activities and attractions in the Myrtle Beach area. We would definitely stay here again! About the owner: Mitch and Liz have been married for 24 years and have 2 daughters. We live in Massachusetts and have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach since our girls were young. We love the outdoors and we are adventerous people. We love to entertain and travel with our families. We both work very hard and appreciate nice things. We set up our house in Myrtle Beach for ourselves. We take pride in keeping things nice. We would hope that people would respect what we have worked so hard for.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
Myrtle Beach has so much to offer for a vacation. There is something for every member of the family. The beach is incredible and the water is always warm. There are limitless restaurants and great entertainment in the evenings. There are over 150 golf courses that are each one of a kind and provide some of the most scenic areas of the Myrtle Beach area. Our house is in a quiet residential area on a dead end street. However, it is centrally located and provides quick and easy access to all of the major attractions.

When we stay at our house in Myrtle Beach, we enjoy watching the golfers from our back patio. We are minutes to all outlet stores for shopping and other major shopping areas. The beach is always the hightlight of our day. We either walk the beach in the early morning or pack a lunch and spend the day surfing in the waves.
