Enjoy pure luxury with all the amenities of a Five-Star property in our fully staffed Villa on the beach. This impeccably detailed almost new but traditional Caribbean style villa with a wrap around covered veranda is located on a private beach adjacent to "New Plymouth" (an 18th century loyalist settlement on Green Turtle Cay, Abaco). A two-mile white sand beach runs north to south in front of the villa and the beautiful turquoise/aquamarine ocean is viewed from the east, south and north sides of the villa and is breathtaking!
Our housekeeper works every day except Sunday and the caretaker is available every day for assistance.
Villa Pasha features 5-air conditioned bedrooms, 4-bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, library, studio, whirlpool bath, fireplace and all the conveniences of home including High Definition DirecTV (42" flat panel TV), telephone/fax, Wireless Internet Access throughout the Villa, VHF radio, Weather station, CD, video and DVD players. The villa is provided with 4-bicycles, beach towels, linens, towels and utilities. Villa Pasha is equipped with a 30kW backup generator that can supply electricity to the entire house - important in the Bahamas!
"New Plymouth" is a beautiful English Loyalist Settlement - where the Clock has been turned back to the Eighteenth Century. Almost all the residents trace their ancestors back to the American Loyalists - and because of this fact, the Settlement has narrow quaint streets with Pastel Clapboard Houses perfectly painted from the Roofs to the Foundations. The warm, gracious hospitality of the people is really enhanced by their smiling faces - and ever helpful mannerisms. All the people are hard working and dedicated - with great old-fashioned family values. (There is zero unemployment.)
Green Turtle Cay is easily reached by flying into Treasure Cay Airport (TCB) and taking a 10 minute ferry ride to Green Turtle. There are flights into Treasure Cay from many locations including Fort Lauderdale and Miami, Florida and Nassau, Bahamas. From Fort Lauderdale, Continental Airlines and Yellow Air Taxi (888-935-5694) have scheduled flights. Or contact Air Flight, Inc. (954-359-0320) which operates 7-seat and 9-seat charter aircraft.

We traveled with a total of 3 couples; it was a great relaxing trip. Green Turtle is the place to visit if you want to relax! Villa Pasha was the perfect place for us to stay. The views from the patio were gorgeous. The beach/water is a bit rough & rocky (in the water) by the house, but just down the road is a great cove to go swimming and snorkeling. The location of the home is close to everything. Melissa and the rest of the crew were excellent to work with, we will absolutely be back!

My husband and I along with 2 other couples rented Villa Pasha for a week at the end of January. There are not enough good things to say about this lovely home. My husband and I have been to Green Turtle many times, but have never rented a home. This was the best experience yet. We have used VRBO.com many times. Usually properties are more or less as advertised, sometimes, sadly, they are a nightmare. This property was above and beyond what was advertised. The setting and the furnishing were fantastic. It was truly a 5* hotel experience. The wrap around porch was the perfect setting for coffee in the morning, or a goombay smash in the afternoon. Austin met us....6 people with a lot of luggage, including golf clubs(would not bring those again) and coolers, and had us situated in no time. Ruth the housekeeper was a delight....she truly was the icing on the cake. Booking was a breeze. Melissa was so easy to work with, she answers emails asap with anything you might need to know she couldn't have been more helpful, including having the groceries we needed at the house when we arrived, all on credit at Sid's. All we had to do was pay sometime before leaving the island. This house is a true gem. It is impossible to have a bad experience at Villa Pasha!

The house and location to the ocean are top notch. The full veranda with ocean breeze and views lend themselves to many happy hours of reading, talking and cocktails. The house is big enought that everyone can have their own privacy. The kitchen lends itself to many excellent meals with either family or friends. The short distance to all parts of the island by golf carts is a real plus. The master bedroom/bathroom area is over the top. It would be nice if the bedrooms all had private bathrooms as well but can be overlooked depending on who uses the upstairs bedrooms. Finally the housekeeper Ruth and all that she did and good suggestions she had made for a wonderfully relaxing and pleasant vacation.

I have travelled to Villa Pasha twice in the last 6 months. Once with my two younger boys (7 and 9), and then again with my parents. Regardless of what you are looking for Villa Pasha and green turtle Cay have the answers. The property is amazing, right on the beach, my kids had endless hours of fun as did the adults. Not to mention the many wonderful nights we had sitting on the porch, watching the sunset and stars. The property is wonderfully maintained. Full equipped. internet, cable and should you desire a fully equipped office. The service from booking to completion was top notch. The owners ensured our stay was well organised from itineraries, golf cart arrangements (the island is very small so mode of transport is golf carts), to availability to a caretaker and housekeeper should we desire. The beauty of this property is you can go with a couple of families should you desire and split the cost as it has 5 bedrooms (2 masters). If you are looking for a getaway from it all vacation, this is the place to go. I will be back!

This house has everything you need and more. Our family including teen boys had a wonderful time and there is plenty of room for an additional family. Kitchen with new appliances allows you to prepare your own meals, sofas and beds are wonderfully comfortable, and sumptuous marble bathrooms with fluffy towels make you feel pampered. The caretaker Austin and housekeeper Ruth can't do enough to take care of you and make sure you fully enjoy the friendly island. Just enjoying the wrap around veranda and beautiful beach in your own back yard would be enough but you can also venture out diving, snorkeling, fishing or shelling and dance to the Gully Roosters or just hang out with the whole family at Sundowners. For the occasional rainstorm there is a flat screen satellite TV and high speed internet. This is a definite repeat vacation.
