This Villa is located, 5 minutes by boat, to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Your private covered dock with lift and captains walk awaits you as you explore the tropical waters. A screened in private heated pool and private Tiki Hut add to the tropical setting. The Villa is South facing, allowing you to soak up the most possible sunshine.
Inside you will find a large TV in every bedroom. You have the convenience of wireless internet throughout the Villa included at no extra charge. The Master bedroom features a King Size bed with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub bath. The two guest’s rooms have Queen Size beds and recently upgraded appointments. Your Kitchen is large, and ready to provide you with all you will need to be comfortable.

The Unique Benefits at this House
We love this area for the amazing water and boating. We chose this house because it was so close to the open water by boat.5 minutes. Having a covered boat lift and dock in the back yard makes it very easy to enjoy all the fabulous waterways in the area. We love the heated screened in pool. The sliding glass doors open completely allowing the outdoor living and indoor living to become one.

This is a lovely 5 to 10 minute bicycle ride from the Villa. (2 bikes provided at Villa) We highly recommend this bike ride to take in Waterfront Restaurants, Shopping, Deep Water Marina. For More info check out their website http://www.tarponpoint.com/

Ric grew up in Tampa and spent a lot of time with his family boating in the Gulf of Mexico and around Tampa bay area. Ric moved to California at age 20 and met Kim there. We both love the Cape Coral area and want to retire there.
