Our Deluxe, Tower 1 Condo in Edgewater is great. This is a deluxe, 2br, 2ba, lr, dr, kit, hall, approx. 1360 sq. ft. plus the private gulf front balcony, with nice balcony furniture. Our condo offers a spectacular view of the beautiful emerald gulf, the snow white sand, and the lagoon pool. This condo has just been UPDATED with
new cabinets and new counter tops in the kitchen and the bathrooms.
new appliances, some new furniture and accessories. We include the chaise lounge/umbrella set on the gulf front for our guest to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime in our condo and in Edgewater Beach Resort. We mirrored the entire left wall of the lr & dr. You see the emerald water, the snow white sane and the lagoon pool to the left in the mirror and to the right through the master br.

EDGEWATER BEACH RESORT, is the preferred lodging facility in Panama City Beach. Edgewater is a beautiful, premier upscale, Resort with many family amenities, controlled entrance, 24 hour security, 11,500 foot lagoon pool landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, exotic plants and whirlpools, many other swimming pools, hot tubs on pool decks, golf, tennis, two restaurants on water, jet-ski rental, parsailing, sailing, exercise room, fitness center, convention center, gift shop, beauty salon, etc.

  • Room 310.....What a spotless, modern condo with everything you could ever want. The furnishings are beautiful. The balcony, with full size patio table and chairs, is just a step outside sliding glass doors from either the master bedroom or the family room. From the balcony, watch the sea gulls over the gulf, or look down at the huge Polynesian pool with it's waterfalls. Many restaurants & great shopping nearby……….We have stayed in Panama City Beach many times at other places. This was by far the BEST ! !

  • What a wonderful vacation! We loved your condo. It really made our stay that much better. We love to stay in a beautiful,clean condo and unit 310 tower I was definately the best. We stayed there in June 2008 and again in April 2009. Plenty of room and a great view from the 3rd floor. I want to make sure we get this condo every year. I love the fact that the master bedroom is oceanfront and also the new upgrades in the bath and kitchen. We also enjoyed the balcony. Thanks for the restaurant suggestions. Salt Water Grill on Middle Beach Rd was great and of course, Pier Park. Thanks again for letting us stay in your condo. We look forward to staying there again next year.

  • We had a great time while in P.C.B. in April 2009. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing.(unit#:310/T1)The condo was super clean and neat, it had everything you'd need. We had a very relaxing time watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I really enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony every morning. We look forward to staying in this condo again soon (I HOPE). I would suggest Fayes Condo's to anyone including my own mom!!!! Thanks Faye, we had a great time!!!!

  • Since my husband retired 9 years ago, we have spent the winters in Edgewater Beach Tower I,310. It is such a beautiful view from the deck, and also the master bedroom. This unit is very clean. All the amenities are there for you. We always looked forward to coming down in December. Its so nice to be able to walk around the property and feel very safe. There is a very nice golf course on the property which my husband really enjoyed. I am sure you will enjoy your stay if you choose this condo.

  • My family and I had a wonderful time at Edgewater during our Spring break. The Condo was very spacious, clean, and had a gorgeous view over looking the pool and beach. With two little ones it was extra nice to have restraunts located right on the resort and the lounges on the beach made our vacation even more relaxing. Thank you, Faye, for making our spring break enjoyable and we will definetely be looking forward to future visits to Edgewater!!!

  • We have been staying in this unit since we found it in 2006. We absolutely love it!! Faye is one of the nicest people I have ever rented from. She makes every effort to make sure your vacation is a memorable, family time. We have so many wonderful family vacation memories from here. The unit is always spotless, the furniture and fixtures are beautiful, and the appliances are up-to-date. We love the 3rd floor because it is great to run up and down to the beach without having to take the elevator. The view of the pool and the ocean is breathtaking, especially from the master bedroom. You can wake up and see the ocean while laying in bed. Edgewater is the nicest place to stay if you have kids. Our kids love all the fun things to do, besides the ocean! The security at Edgewater is none like I have seen anywhere. No wonder there are so many families! We look forward to going back every year. I highly recommend this place. It's 5 Star!
