We arrived at the condo and were pleasantly surprised to find the condo just as it shows in the pictures. The photos in the description is why we took this place and it is just as beautiful as the pictures showed. That time of year is quiet, which is why we took it. The beach is great and it is not to far to the pier. The beach lounges are well maintained and since they are reserved for the condo unit we didn't have to worry about running down to the beach to stake our claim.The location has some shopping near by. This is definately a place we have on our list to return.

Edgewater is our favorite place to stay in PCB and this condo was icing on the cake. The owner is lovely to deal with and takes pride in her beautiful unit. The master bed was so comfortable and even the sheets were 5 star quality. Breakers has a fantastic buffet on Sunday...check it out. We look forward to another visit in the future.

We just spent 7 days/nights at Faye's condo, tower 1, 3rd floor. We visit PC once or twice each year and have been staying at Edgewater for the past 10-12 years. It is absolutely our favorite place to be... out of all our travels! I can't say enough nice things about Faye's condo as well as her sweet, caring hospitality!! The home is fantastic, very clean, updated beautifully and soooo comfortable. Faye checked on us a couple of times, just to make sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything, which was very thoughtful! This is our first time to travel with our g'baby (18 mo old) and with being on the 3rd floor, he thought the balcony was "his" stage for performing with his "Elmo" and "Mickey" to anyone that would listen. It was just tooo cute! Of course, no one else had a clue he was there but HE didn't know that!! It was great fun, the view is 2nd to NONE and the benefit of having the beach chairs and umbrella is a great treat! While I know several of the owners there, I must say this was my favorite!! For those who haven't stayed at Edgewater, it offers one of the most beautiful pool areas I have ever seen plus a very short walk to the beach from the pool. The resort is perfectly located between Thomas Drive and the new Pier Park... so convenient and easy to get to everything. I HIGHLY recommend this resort and Faye's condo!!

Our family stayed in Faye/Don's condo June 25th - July 2nd, 2011 and loved it!! My family (me, my husband, and two sons (18 &15)) felt right at home! There is PLENTY of room for everyone to get comfortable and relax. We enjoyed the pool as well as the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella are a MUST and very much appreciated on those 90+ degree days! The condo is very well equipped with kitchen supplies/tools. Also, the condo is extremely clean and easy to access from the pool and parking lot. Many great restaurants close by!! Two suggestions for consideration....1) a dvd player in the family room area would be nice. We watched a movie one night as a family, but had to go to the master bedroom....still lots of room in there, but would have been nice to have been able to watch in the family room. 2) This is NOT something that Faye/Don can control themselves, but maybe a call to the owners of the development would help. While we were there, a GIANT inflatable was blown up on the beach between the pool area and the ocean every day from 9am-6pm. Although we could see over the inflatable, it really took away from the beauty of being able to sit on the balcony and just look at the ocean. I plan to keep Faye/Don's contact information handy and hopefully be able to visit with them again in the future!

The pictures do not do #913 justice. The view is outstanding ! The water was perfect and the white sandy beaches can't be beat. The condo is very spacious and very clean. Both bedrooms are a good size and the master closet is huge. It has a full size washer and dryer. The location is central to eveything. The owner was very helpful with anything we needed. I would recommed this property to anyone. We ate at Captain Andersons (yum),Harpoon Harry's-great food and music(on the beach) next to Breakers. We went to Peir Park-lots of shopping and restaurants. Everyone needs to go Shell Island and go to the Gulf side of the island.Bayside if you have little ones. That was the highlight of our trip. We took the shuttle out of St. Andrews Park. Be prepared to wait in a few lines, but it is well worth it. The water was the most beautiful I have ever seen. Take a beach umbrella, a cooler, any food you might need and lots of sunscreen! If you can carry it, I would do chairs and we bought a raft when we got our tickets. We would have stayed all day, but there is no shade on the island and we failed to bring lunch, not realizing the time it would take actually get to the island.

I usually don't give reviews; however, given this incredible cleanliness and hospitality of Mrs. Faye. I felt like not only is this condo amazing but the owners are amazing as well and needed a Great Review. We vacationed in May 2011 for a much needed break. After 6 months of looking for a dvd case( that we thought someone stole...haha) filled with over $1,000 worth of DVD's I decided to give Mrs. Faye a call to see if we had by chance left them there. Can I just say, "I don't believe any other place would care as much for you and your family than Mrs. Faye and her husband." I highly recommend staying here for a peace of mind of knowing you will get far above what you paid for.

My husband and I spent eight wonderful days at Edgewater,condo 310 thanks to Faye's Condos. The view from our balcony was fantastic and a joy just to sit and take in thhe beauty of the beach and ocean. Inside our condo was just as pleasnt. It was absolutely the cleanest we have ever expierenced and furnished just as beautiful. We would highly recommend this to our friends and we are looking forward to our next vacation.

Our Fall break in Panama City Beach couldn't have been better. The condo was beautiful and very clean. The master bedroom was VERY large and comfortable, and the 2nd bedroom was as well, with lots of closet space. Loved being on the third floor, no waiting on the elevator, and had spectacular views from the balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to the owners for letting us stay in your beautiful condo, we WILL return!

Great Get away!

We had a great 5 days in Panama City. The pool was the highlight for our 6 and 9 year old and since it was the end of the high season there were always seats available. The algae had arrived a few weeks before our visit which kept us out of the ocean water one of the days of our trip. But on the calm days we were able to just get out past it and enjoy the clear blue water! By the last day it had cleared out and the waver were back, the kids had a blast. If the water had been clearer we would have utilized the beach chairs more...They are a real bonus to this condo. The condo had everything we needed. We cooked all our meals in the condo and enjoyed eating them out on the patio. It was great being on the 3rd floor so we could walk down the stairs just outside the door and head right to the pool or beach and then climb back up when we didn't have much to carry. Wonderful relaxing vacation. Only thing the condo was missing was Wi-Fi so that my husband could have done the work he needed to complete in the condo there is free Wi-Fi available down at the reception or at the Ocean's restaurant by the pool.

We stayed at Edgewater Tower 1, room 310. Our condo was all we expected and more. We enjoyed our vacation very much. The water was emerald green, the weather was lovely, the sands were crystal white. There was plenty to do. We all had a blast at WONDER WORKS and tried as we could all the restuarants on the island with lots of shopping, and evevyone was friendly! Thank you very much Faye.

This condo was great! Faye was so helpfull from day one. The moment our family walked into the condo the first thing out of my mouth was " This is by-far the cleanest place we have ever rented." The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils used for preparing meals to enjoy eating out on the wonderful patio. The view was amazing from the 3rd floor balcony. Everyone in the resort was so friendly and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Having a Pizza Hut and Oceans Bar & Grill on site was a life saver for us with two young kids that didn't want to leave the pool to go out for a meal. I would like to personally thank Faye for taking the time out of her busy schedule to check with us periodically to make sure everything was ok with our stay. We have never had that kind of follow-up service. If you have the chance to stay here I highly recommend you do so!

This property is a very nice place. The views from the balcony are wonderful and provide the best combination of gorgeous resort viewing and beach viewing. It is in excellent condition and the anemities are very comfortable. We feel Edgewater is one of the nicest and best kept resort communities in the area, is very convienant to many activities and we would definately stay in this unit again should we return to Panama City Beach.

We spent 2 and 1/2 months in condo 310, tower 1, and enjoyed it very much. It is very well maintained and has a lovely location on the 3rd floor overlooking the beautiful palms and pool, with the emerald coast as a backdrop.

This is the biggest/most spacious Condo that I have ever stayed in. It was kept very clean and the view was spectacular. I especially loved the fact that the whole side of the condo, facing the Gulf, was glass. Miss Faye was very helpful and I would highly suggest this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay. (very up-to-date).

Room 310.....What a spotless, modern condo with everything you could ever want. The furnishings are beautiful. The balcony, with full size patio table and chairs, is just a step outside sliding glass doors from either the master bedroom or the family room. From the balcony, watch the sea gulls over the gulf, or look down at the huge Polynesian pool with it's waterfalls. Many restaurants & great shopping nearby……….We have stayed in Panama City Beach many times at other places. This was by far the BEST ! !

What a wonderful vacation! We loved your condo. It really made our stay that much better. We love to stay in a beautiful,clean condo and unit 310 tower I was definately the best. We stayed there in June 2008 and again in April 2009. Plenty of room and a great view from the 3rd floor. I want to make sure we get this condo every year. I love the fact that the master bedroom is oceanfront and also the new upgrades in the bath and kitchen. We also enjoyed the balcony. Thanks for the restaurant suggestions. Salt Water Grill on Middle Beach Rd was great and of course, Pier Park. Thanks again for letting us stay in your condo. We look forward to staying there again next year.

We had a great time while in P.C.B. in April 2009. My family and I really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing.(unit#:310/T1)The condo was super clean and neat, it had everything you'd need. We had a very relaxing time watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. I really enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony every morning. Since my husband retired 9 years ago, we have spent the winters in Edgewater Beach Tower I,310. It is such a beautiful view from the deck, and also the master bedroom. This unit is very clean. All the amenities are there for you. We always looked forward to coming down in December. Its so nice to be able to walk around the property and feel very safe. There is a very nice golf course on the property which my husband really enjoyed. I am sure you will enjoy your stay if you choose this condo.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Edgewater during our Spring break. The Condo was very spacious, clean, and had a gorgeous view over looking the pool and beach. With two little ones it was extra nice to have restraunts located right on the resort and the lounges on the beach made our vacation even more relaxing. We have been staying in this unit since we found it in 2006. We absolutely love it!! Faye is one of the nicest people I have ever rented from. She makes every effort to make sure your vacation is a memorable, family time. We have so many wonderful family vacation memories from here. The unit is always spotless, the furniture and fixtures are beautiful, and the appliances are up-to-date. We love the 3rd floor because it is great to run up and down to the beach without having to take the elevator. The view of the pool and the ocean is breathtaking, especially from the master bedroom. You can wake up and see the ocean while laying in bed. Edgewater is the nicest place to stay if you have kids. Our kids love all the fun things to do, besides the ocean! The security at Edgewater is none like I have seen anywhere. No wonder there are so many families! We look forward to going back every year. I highly recommend this place. It's 5 Star!
