This lovely hideaway house in Otter Rock, Oregon is nestled a half mile west of the Pacific Coast Highway and a stones throw from the beach. Just 100 steps away you can go surfing or beach-combing, or take the gentler route to head over to the Marine Garden tide-pools. Mo's West Restaurant and The Flying Dutchman Winery are a short walk away as well at the Devil's Punch Bowl. Located on a dead end road -- to the east of the house is a forest preserve. The house is away from the beaten path but close enough to enjoy access to multiple beaches, state parks and restaurants.
Master bedroom has a queen bed and guest room has two smaller twin beds. Living room has sofa beds.

Beautiful area along Oregon's Scenic Coast

We spent a week in this small cozy home. Enjoyed the surrounding area! The beach acces is about 1/4 mile away, with some steps leading to the beach. The futon soaf was a little uncomfortable and the nearby sofa(bed)was flat and uncomfortable. Nice beds to sleep in with full kitchen utensils provided.This house was fairly close to the next door neighbors, Nice stay in a part of Oregon's beautiful coast.
Owner response:Actually there are two accesses to the beach - down the main drag, or just down the hill from the house. The one down the hill from the house is fun for those who like to hike. The sofas, yes, can be uncomfortable - we suggest them for those 12 and under ;-)
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+.

Thank you. Simply wonderful. Your home felt like our own. We had a beautiful week sight seeing the Oregon coast. The home was perfect. The area of Otter Rock was outstanding, The trail from the House was beautiful and so close to the Devil's Punchbowl and Mo's west. Wow, we would love to return for a longer stay. Again, thank you.
