Just a couple of miles from the world famous Fort De Soto Park ranked the #one beach in 2005 and the famous Don Cezar Hotel. Busch Gardens is a 45 minute drive or visit Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios 1.5 hours away.

Year Purchased: 2004

My husband and I are both retired. We reside in Pittsburgh PA. We split are time between our home in Pittsburgh and and our condo in Palma Del Mar. We have two married sons and four small grand children that lure us back to Pittsburgh or else we would reside in Palma on a full time basis We love the area and our neighbors. Since we reside in the condo ourselves six months a year we are continuously upgrading the unit. It is meticuously clean Just recently painted with new carpets and living room furniture. We just love the improvements we have made over th past 6 years and continue to get only positve feedback from our renters.

Why the Owner Chose Isla del Sol

For many yearws we have vacationed in the Isla area . We just fell in love with this condo and the spectacular view and knew that it would be a perfect place to retire to and we have not regretted our decision. We have spent many relaxing days there and look forward to many more. I am confident that you will have the same enjoyable experience that we have had.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo

My husband loves to fish off of the pier outside the condo.and we both love to boat. We have been boating practically are whole married life. Our other favorite past time is walking. We walk just about every evening along the beaches of Passe A Grille and sometimes I will read and he will fish in the bay . Passe a Grille is a small community surrounded by water . The beach is on one side and the bay on the other. The beach is the cleanest nicest beach in the area. Their are unique shops and the famous Hurricane Restaurant located in walking distance from both the beach and the bay. Our other favorite thing to do is shopping. The Wagon Wheel Flea Market is one of our favorites as is the many farmer markets located in the area.The best thing we like about this area is the many things to do and so many great restaurants. If you do stay in the area please try Sea Critters and The Warf both located in Passe A Grille. Both are local attractions and the food is great. O the other best thing is that Passe A Grille Is only minutes from the condo.
