1/2 rent required in advance to hold reservation.
Pay remaining rent and tax two week in advance of date and key will be mailed.
Pet fees are $10 per pet per day / Additional $250 pet damage deposit.
Damage deposits are held and refunded AFTER unit is cleaned.
