Gas fireplace in family room, nice clean hardwoods throughout, dining room, nicely landscaped yard with private deck.
Living room and den each have comfortable sleep features. Fully furnished kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave. Fully stocked with utensils, dish ware, pots and pans, including a lobster pot! An outside gas grille is also provided, along with cooking utensils for that special summer barbecue.
Living room comes complete with digital cable TV, DVD, VCR, and Game Cube. Master bedroom has king bed, cable TV, DVD, closet, and private bath with skylight window. Three other bedrooms: one queen, two full size, all furnished and with ample closets. Convenient washer and dryer at no extra cost.

Year Purchased: 2007
Ann and Mike bought this house with a dream in mind, to some day move here and enjoy the nearby ocean and the great Narragansett area. But first they have to pay for it! So that's why this full size family house is for rent.
The house was lovingly lived in and cared for by the same family from the day it was originally built to the day the Lapolla's bought it. Now we want to share it with you! Enjoy!
