You have access with our Beach Pass to the private Moorings beach with it's fine white sand less than 1 mile away. You can also walk to many fine restaurants, super markets, coffee shops and the Coastland shopping mall. Downtown Naples is just a couple of miles away, with the famous 5th and 3rd street corridors.

Why the Owner Chose Moorings
Tom has been coming to Naples since he was a kid, visiting his parents who vacationed here.
They eventually retired here and we bought our first home in 2003, now living here part time and enjoying the beautiful beaches, warm weather, outdoor living by the pool, unique shopping, and so much more.
We liked it so much we purchased this beautiful property, restoring it to it's original slender, preserving the house, being 'green' and bringing back its 'Old Florida' appeal.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The house is really in what now is considered to be the center of Naples. Just north of Olde Naples and the Pier, and just South of much of the newer development over the past 15 years.
Within minutes you can be at the Moorings private beach, shopping, dining at fine or casual dining spots, working out at the gym or yoga studio, and of course swimming in your own heated pool enjoying the sunsets over the golf course and lake. Can't get much better than this.
