The first floor offers a lovely open floor plan with marble floors throughout and includes the living room with hi-definition TV and surround sound, dining room and gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wine cooler. Sliding glass doors off the living room lead you to your own private oasis featuring a sparkling heated pool and beautiful, lush landscaping. The second and third floors of this luxury Ft. Lauderdale townhome are easily accessible using the lovely staircase or the private elevator located just off the dining room.
Here you will find the beautifully appointed bedrooms each with their own private bathroom. The two largest bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to private terraces that offer spectacular views. For your convenience, a fully equipped laundry room is also located on the second floor. All our guests have loved it saying it's more spacious and luxurious than expected. Our older guests have especially appreciated the convenience of the in-unit elevator. This beautiful Ft.
